청소년복지시설 이용에 따른 만족도 및 활성화 연구 : 서산시 및 당진군 중심으로

이 연구는 청소년 복지시설 이용에 따른 만족도 및 활성화에 대하여 살펴보고자 한다.특히,지역사회 청소년 복지시설의 일반적인 현황을 파악하고 청소년복지시설 만족도를 조사하여,우리지역 청소년들의 복지활성화 방안을 위한 대안을 제시하고자 한다.이러한 연구목적을 구체적으로 알아보고자 다음과 같은 연구문제를 설정하였다. 첫째,우리지역 청소년 복지시설의 일반현황은 어떠한가? 둘째,우리지역 청소년 복지시설의 만족도는 어떠한가? 셋째,우리지역 청소년 복지시설의 활성화 방안은 무엇인가? 본 연구의 대상자는 서산시와 당진군에 재학 중인 중 고등학생 594명이 연구대상자로 표집 되었다.이들은 중학생 279명(남 139명,여 140명)과 고등학생 280명(남 141명,여 139명)으로 구성되어 있다.본 연구를 위한 설문지는 자체 제작하여 사용하였으며, 설문지의 총 문항 수는 16개의 문항으로 구성되었고 일반적인 사항을 묻는 문항 6문항,청소년복지 만족도 8개 문항,청소년복지 활성화 문항 8문항으로 구성 되었다. 본 연구를 수행하기 위해 연구자가 해당학교를 직접 방문하여 담임교사의 협조를 얻어 설문지를 배부한 후 회수하는 방식을 채택하였고,설문지를 배부하여 회수한 기간은 2007년 10월 1일부터 2007년 10월 8일까지 실시하였다. 청소년복지에 대한 일반적인 사항을 알아보기 위해 중 고등학교 간 남학생과 여학생 간의 차이를 알아보기 위하여 교차분석방법(X2)을 사용하였으며,청소년복지의 만족도를 알아보기 위하여 변량분석(OneWay-Anova)방법과 사후검증으로 Tukey분석방법 사용과 청소년복지 활성화를 알아보기 위해 빈도분석을 사용하였다. 이 논문의 주요 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째,청소년 복지에 대하여 중학생들 보다 고등학생들이 청소년 복지에 대하여 더 적은 관심을 기울이고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 청소년 복지를 위한 시설(청소년상담실,청소년수련관 등)에 대하여 중학생들 보다 고등학생들이 청소년을 위한 시설이 더 많이 부족하다고 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 청소년 복지시설의 이용여부와 시설에 대한 만족의 정도에 대해 중·고등학생 모두가 청소년복지시설과 시설이용에 대해 잘 모르고 있는 것으로 나타나 청소년복지시설에 대한 홍보의 필요성이 높게 나타났다. 넷째,청소년이 현재 가장 많이 고민하는 문제로는 학업에 대해 상대적으로 가장 많은 어려움을 지니고 있는 것으로 나타났으며,가장 심각한 청소년 문제로는 폭력 및 약물남용(술,담배,마약 등)을 가장 심각한 청소년 문제로 지적하였다. 다섯째, 청소년 문제 해결을 위해 ‘다양한 수련 프로그램의 개발 및 제공’,‘청소년 복지시설의 확대 설치’,‘청소년 거리축제’및 ‘청소년 GreenMoney제도’에 대한 필요성 ‘청소년 유해환경 감시관 운영’,‘청소년 비행 및예방활동 강화’및 ‘청소년가정 가정봉사원 파견’에 대한 필요성을 더 크게 지각하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구의 제언은 다음과 같다. 첫째,우리지역 청소년들이 다양한 사회체험 활동을 참여할 수 있는 시설이 부족하므로 청소년들의 활발한 사회체험활동을 위한 다양한 시설확충이 필요하다. 둘째,지역사회 청소년들의 복지시설 이용 활성화 방안으로 적극적인 교육 프로그램의 개발 및 보급이 이루어지고 청소년들이 이용 가능한 오후 6시 이후와 주말에 시설을 개방하고 효율적으로 운영하기 위해 청소년 지도자들이 촉진자로서 역할이 필요하고 지역사회의 자원간의 연계가 활발히 이루어져야 하겠다. 셋째,청소년 복지시설의 효율적인 교육프로그램을 운영하기 위해 전문가,상담사,지도사의 배치가 시급하다. 본 연구의 시사점은 사회적으로 많은 문제와 관심을 갖고 시행되어 온 청소년이 심신의 불완전한 상태를 극복하는 정상화를 지향하며 다양하고 전문적인 서비스를 체계적으로 제공함으로써 이들이 건전한 인격체로서 성장할 수 있도록 바람직한 환경을 조성하기 위해 청소년 문제의 예방과 치료 및 청소년들의 욕구해결을 돕기 위한 지역사회 내 청소년복지시설 및 복지관의 역할의 중요성과 복지프로그램운영에 유의한 자료를 제공하여야 한다는 결론은 얻었다. This study aims to examine how the use of adolescents welfare facility affects satisfaction and activation. Especially, this study would focus on status of adolescents welfare facility in our region and give alternatives to activate adolescents welfare facility. To figure out this purpose specifically, we set following questions. First. How general status of adolescents welfare facility in our region? Second. How adolescences satisfied with their welfare facility? Third. How to activate adolescents welfare facility in our region? The study involve 594 students who are attending middle school and highschool in Seo-san Si and Dang-jin Gun. They include 294 middle school students (male:139, female:140) and high school students (male: 141, female: 139). Questionnaire for this research was self-produced which consists of 16 questions with 6 questions asking general status, 8 questions asking satisfaciton and 8 questions asking how to activate adolescents welfare facility. To collect the data researcher visit school at first hand and distribute and collect the questionnaire with help from teacher in charge. This quesitonnaire had taken between Oct 1 and Oct 8, 2007. A methold of cross-sectional analysis was used to find out general status of adolescents welfare, difference between male and female students and difference between middle school and highschool students. One way - ANOVA method was used to figure out satisfaction in adolescents welfare facility, Tukey analysis method was used for after verification and frequency analysis method was used to find out activation on adolescents welfare. These are conclusion of this study. First. High school students are less interested in adolescents welfare than middle school students. Second. High school students think there are few adolescents welfare facility to use (Adolescent's Counseling Center, Adolescent Activity Facility and so on) than middle school students think. Third. Adolescents welfare facility needs to publicize their facility because both of middle school and high school students do not know much about facility use and satisfaction. Fourth. Many adolescences are concerned about their schoolwork relatively and they point out violation and drugs abuse are the most serious problem. Fifth. To solve the adolescences' problem, adolescences indicate there are need of adolescent's festival, adolescent's welfare facility expansion , adolescent's green money system and so on. These are suggestion from this study. First. Adolescents welfare facility is needed because there are lack of facility which adolescences could experience various social activity. Second. To activate adolescents welfare facility on our region, active programs should be made and provided. Facility should be open after 6 pm and weekends. Teacher should promote these facility in order to operate efficiently and connection with local community's resources. Third. There are need to arrange specialist, counselor, leader in order to manage program efficiently. This research suggest adolescents welfare facility's importance and information's significance in order to prevent adolescents problem and help fulfill their needs.
