부산의 마을 만들기 사례를 활용한 베트남 다낭의 관광문화콘텐츠 개발 방안 연구 : 선짜군 토꽝동을 중심으로

21세기에 접어들어 물질적으로 풍요로워진 삶과 스트레스를 많이 받는 근로생활 변화로 인해 여가생활의 중요성이 늘어남에 따라 관광은 양적으로 확대되어가고 있다. 그 이유로 현대적인 관광 콘텐츠 대신 일상생활을 즐기면서 체험할 수 있는 베트남 어업마을을 관광문화 콘텐츠로 만들 방안을 모색하고자 한다. 본 연구는 다낭 3군(Sơn Trà. 선짜군)에 속해있는 발전된 다른 마을들과는 달리 낙후된 채로 방치되어있는 토꽝동(Thọ Quang)을 보며 이 연구를 시작하게 되었다. 다낭은 바다 바로 옆에 위치한 동네들이 대부분 발전을 하고 있는데 그 중간에 위치한 토꽝동은 방치된 상태이기 때문에 토꽝동이 가지고 있는 가치를 문화콘텐츠로 만들고 특색적인 관광 콘텐츠를 입혀보고자 한다. 이 논문은 부산의 문화마을 만들기 사례를 통해 베트남 다낭의 관광문화콘텐츠 활용 방안을 만드는 것이 목적이다. 전체적인 구성과 주요 내용은 논문의 서론을 구성하는 제Ⅰ장에서 연구의 목적과 필요성, 연구 대상과 방법 그리고 선행연구에 대해 살펴보았고, 제Ⅱ장에서는 ‘관광문화콘텐츠의 개념과 유형’ 그리고 마을 만들기 기반 관광문화콘텐츠 개발의 필요성에 대한 것을 짚어보며 살펴보았다. 제Ⅲ장에서는 부산 감천문화마을과 깡깡이예술마을 만들기에 대해 분석하였으며 시사점까지 정리하였다. 제Ⅳ장에서는 앞에서 분석하였던 장단점과 시사점을 바탕으로 다낭 토꽝동의 관광문화콘텐츠를 개발하는 방안을 제시했다. 부산의 성공적인 문화마을 사례를 분석하는 기준과 구체적으로 감천문화마을, 깡깡이예술마을을 중심으로 조사하고자 한다. 자료 수집 후 본 연구가 부산의 마을 만들기 사례를 5가지 요소 분석틀로 만들고 분석하기로 했다. 그것은 바로 장소성, 역사성, 문화가치, 경제성과 지속가능성이다. 분석틀에 따라 관광문화콘텐츠를 형성한 후 시사점과 발전과제까지 동시에 보일 수 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 베트남 다낭과 한국 부산은 같은 해양도시이며 많은 유사성도 가지고 있으니 관광문화콘텐츠를 활용할 효과적인 결과를 기대할 수 있다. 이외에 부산의 마을 만들기 사례를 분석한 후 발전한 과제와 보완점을 같이 살펴보고 참고하여 최대한 같은 문제를 발생 시키지 않도록 하고자한다. 본 연구는 다낭시 선짜군 토꽝동 희망마을 만들기 사업을 대상으로 부산의 문화마을 만들기 사례를 통해 관광문화 콘텐츠 사업의 지원방안 현황과 보완점을 분석하고 참고하여 마을 만들기 방향을 제시하였다는 점에서 중요한 의의를 가진다. 또한 사례를 통해 장점과 보완점을 아직 분석하지 못하거나 이루어지지 않은 점에 있어 한계가 있다. 본 연구 결과가 베트남 다낭 선짜군 토꽝동의 쾌적하고 매력적인 주거환경 조성과 문화적 가치와 경제적 가치가 있는 마을 만들기 방안에 기여할 수 있게 되기를 바라며, 베트남과 한국의 문화적 교류를 활성화하는 계기가 되기를 바란다. In the 21st century, tourism is expanding dramatically as the importance of life. Today, people have greater disposable income, travel has become cheaper, easier, and more over most people would like to expand their knowledge about the world. For this reason, instead of modern tourism content, we would like to find the way to make Vietnamese traditional fishing villages as tourism and cultural contents where anyone can enjoy and have experiences about them. Unlike other developed villages belonging to the Da Nang 3rd district (Son Tra district) with natural features and developed level. This study began by looking at Tho Quang sub-district where was left underdeveloped. In Da Nang, most of the neighborhoods located right next to the sea are developing, and Tho Quang which located in the middle of it, is neglected, so this study's purpose that making the value of Tho Quang that from traditional fishing village to a cultural content and add unique tourism content. Moreover, this study is a plan to utilize tourism and cultural contents in Da Nang, Vietnam, referenced the case of creating a cultural village in Busan. The overall composition and main contents of the paper were examined in Chapter I, which constitutes the introduction of the paper, and the purpose and necessity of research. In Chapter II is the concept and type of tourism and cultural contents based on village creation were examined. Chapter III will be analyzed the creation of Gamcheon Culture Village and Kangkangee Culture Village in Busan, and summarized the implications. Chapter IV presented a plan to development of tourism and cultural contents in Tho Quang up-district based on the strengths and weaknesses and implications analyzed above. The criteria for analyzing is the cases of successful cultural villages in Busan, representative of that are Gamcheon Culture Village and Kangkangee Culture Village. After collecting the data, this study is decided to make and analyze the case of Busan's village construction into five elements analysis frameworks. It is place, historical, cultural value, economic and sustainability. It was confirmed that after forming tourism cultural contents according to the analysis frame, implications and development tasks can be seen at the same time. Vietnam's Da Nang and Korea's Busan are the same marine cities and have many similarities, so effective results can be expected to utilize tourisms and cultural contents. In addition, after analyzing the case of village creation in Busan, we will examine and refer to the developed tasks and supplementary points together to prevent the same problem as possible. This study is strongly showed about current status and complementary points of the tourism and cultural contents project, according to the case of Busan's cultural village creation for the Hope Village Creation Project in Son Tra district, Danang city. In addition, there is a limitation in that the advantages and complements have not yet been analyzed or achieved through cases. Based on above statement, this study will contribute to the creation of a pleasant and attractive residential environment and the creation of a village with cultural value and economic value in Tho Quang up-district, Son Tra, Da Nang, Vietnam, and will serve as an opportunity to promote cultural exchanges between Vietnam and Korea.
