        이 논문의 목적은 유공압산업의 중소기업을 경영하기 위한 다양한 방법들 중에서 납품방식에 대하여 연구하는 것이다. 설문조사를 통해 유공압시장의 특성과 납품방식에 대한 인식을 알아보고, 고객사에 대한 최적의 납품방식과 장`단점을 확인하는 것이다. 그래서 한국의 유공압산업에서 중소기업이 제품을 납품 할 때, 어떤 거래처에 어떤 방식으로 납품할 것인지를 판단할 수 있도록 도와주는 것이며, 나아가 자체 브랜드 + OEM/ODM 방식의 납품방식을 활용하는 기업에 대한 사례연구를 통해서 납품방식이 매출액과 기업 이윤에 어떤 영향을 끼치는지 확인해 보는 것이다. 또한 각각의 납품방식에 대한 비교를 통해 사례기업의 자체 브랜드 + OEM/ODM 납품방식의 우수성을 확인하고 구축하는 데 있다.

      • 전사체 분석을 통한 팥 바이러스의 시공간적 군집 및 발생 특성 구명

        In order to investigate the occurrence of the viruses in adzuki bean, 203 samples were collected from the adzuki bean field which were located over 8 provinces, 18 cities and counties, from 2015 to 2016. The samples were analyzed by paired-end RNA sequencing, resulting in the identification of nine viruses. Among them, two were known viruses, such as BCMV and CMV. Otherwise, the other seven were previously unreported either in Korea or other countries, such as SbDV, SMV, SYCMV, PSV, SYMMV, PeMoV and TSWV. The viruses were further analyzed by RT-PCR with primer sets specific to contigs annotated to each virus and were successfully identified except PSV. When they compared to the viruses infecting soybean, peanut, cowpea, or other vegetable crops in terms of the identity of the nucleotide sequences, they were highly similar, indicating that the viruses infecting adzuki bean might be originated from other crop plants or cross infection. There was no distinctive characteristics in the geographical distribution of the viruses infecting adzuki bean. However, the dominant virus was BCMV in northern part and CMV along with BCMV in southern part of South Korea. In case of SMV recently gradually increasing in gangwon province, it occurred relatively high in eastern part, mountainous area. PeMoV was identified only from southwesten part of South Korea. According to the time of year, the occurrence of the viruses infecting adzuki bean as follows: predominant virus in July and August, early developmental stage of adzuki bean, was BCMV and SMV, August and September, middle and late growing season, CMV, SYMMV, and SYCMV, indicating that the viruses, SYMMV and SYCMV, simliarly occurred in both soybean and adzuki bean. The status of virus infection in adzuki bean was relatively complex. 50% of the samples was infected by more than two viruses. A single infection reached only 34% and no virus was detected from the other 16% of samples, suggesting that highly variable BCMV strain might not be detected by primers used in this study. The diverse symptom expression, such as mosaic, mottle, leafroll, yellowing, and enation, by virus infection in azuki bean was observed. Especially, more diverse symptoms were observed in adzuki bean co-infected by CMV and SYMMV. In conclusion, six viruses, SbDV, SYCMV, SYMMV, SMV, PeMoV, TSWV, previously unreported viruses infecting adzuki bean were identified in this study. Thus, much research effort may have to be put in the study of biological characteristics of the viruses for the effective control of the viruses and the stable production of adzuki bean.

      • 중학교 기술교육의 수업지도의 개선에 관한 연구

        1. A research with the question papers. The purpose of this research is to grip the present situation of the education of Manual Training in Middle schools in Chollabuk-do and synthesize the views of teachers who are taking classes in Manual Training The results are following. 1) 47.2 percent of teachers in Manual Training didn't graduate from the college of Technology, but majored in other subjects. This is pointed out as the problem in the education of Manual Training. 2) 59.0 percent has been preparing the teaching materials since graduating from college. However, 42.7 percent of teachers who can't prepare them answers that he has no time for them because of miscellaneous jobs and too many classes a week. The improvement upon that is needed 3) 53.5 percent has the view that the ideal teaching method is the lesson centered technigue for practice. But, in fact, the lesson has been the grinding with the explanation and the blackboard demonstration. It is caused by the lack of time and equipments. 4) In the selection of subject, Agriculture is selected 92.5 percent, Technology 6.5 percent, and Commerce 1 percent. Most teachers Select Agricuture, so Manual Training and Technology are not connected to each other. 2. A research with Experiments. The purpose of this research is to know How effective it is when the model of Book to learn is applied directly to the lesson and especially to students who lack the previous learning and who don't know the way of learning. 1) The effect of New Teaching Model was reflected coherently to all students regardless to the level of intelligence. So, if New model for the Unit of Electronic Device rather than the classical method is used, high achievement of learning can be expected in both the class of high intelligence and of low intelligence. 2) The investigation after the application New model shows that the effect in experimental class was higher than that in comparative class.(In experimental class, M=77.635, SD=11.88, and in comparative class M=6.25, SD=12.19, F(1.76)=61.965, P<0.1). It means that learning in Electronic Device by New teaching method model was more effective than that by the classical teaching method. Also the same result could be seen in the difference of intelligence ; that is, the effect in the class of high intelligence (M=76.46, SD=12.21) was meaningfully higher than that in the class of low intelligence. 3. Conclusion The conclusions are gained from the researches for teaching Electronic Device (Making the Radio) in Manual Training effectively. 1) The model of Book to learn gave students the improvement of skills for practies. So, it is certain that this model is the effective teaching model for the Unit of Electronic Device. 2) The model of Book to learn was so effecdtive for students of low intelligence to change the attitudes for learning and skills for practice. 3) The model of Book to learn mode students of low skills interested in learning and gave them the effect of the emotional learning. But they don't feel their load of practice. 4. Epigraph To solve the problem of students who have low skills for practice, the effort and the research like the following are needed. 1) The various materials for practice that students of low skills can use must be developed. 2) The production of the way of test for selecting students of low skills must be asked. 3) To secure equipments and materials, the political support is needed. 4) The curriculum in the third grade must be reconstructed for connecting Manual Training with the elective subject.

      • 실리콘 변성 폴리우레탄 수분산체의 제조와 2,2-Bis(hydroxy methyl) propionic acid (DMPA) 함량에 따른 특성

        최근 코팅제는 환경오염이나 안정성의 문제점이 커짐에 따라 용제에 대한 환경오염에 대한 법규가 엄격해져 무용제형이나 수용성상의 코팅제의 개발에 대한 필요이 증가되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 실리콘 변성 폴리우레탄 수분산체를 제조하고 그 특성을 밝히는 연구를 수행하였다. 양말단에 hydroxypropyl 기를 갖는 polyorganosiloxane을 합성한 다음 이를 isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI), propylene glycol(PPG) 및 dimethylol propionic acid (DMPA)와 함께 중합하여 실리콘 변성 polyurethane 중합체 (PDMS-PU)를 제조하였다. 이중합체의 양말단에 있는 isocyanate기를 butanon oxime으로 blocking 시킨 다음 triethylamine (TEA)으로 중화시켜 PDMS-PU 수분체를 얻었다. 열분해로 deblocking 시켜 isocyanate기가 발현되는 온도를 측정하였으며 수분산체의 고형분이 12 wt%일 때 우수한 수분산 안정성을 보였다. 중합시 NCO/OH 비율을 1.3로 고정하고 DMPA의 함량을 변화시켜 제조한 PDMS-PU 수지 수분산체의 분산입자크기를 측정하였으며 DMPA의 함량을 6, 12, 16 wt%로 증가시킴에 따라 PU 주사슬에 소수성인 polyorganosiloxane의 도입량이 감소함으로써 입자의 크기는 165, 100, 65 dnm로 감소하는 경향을 나타내었다. PDMS-PU 필름의 접촉각은 DMPA의 함량을 6, 12, 16 wt%로 증가시킴에 따라 64.3, 63.09, 60.1° 로 감소하는 경향을 나타내었다. Most of coating materials have the problem of enviromental contamination by evaporating the solvent in air. Therefore development of no solvent or aqueous coating materials have been attention in coating. Aim of this study have focussed to development polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS) modified polyurethane dispersion in water as aqueous dispersion coating materials. Polydimethylsiloxane modified polyurethane (PDMS-PU) polymers were prepared from the copolymerization of α,ω-hydroxypropyl terminated polydimethylsiloxane, polypropylene glycol(PPG), 2,2-bis(hydroxymethyl)propionic acid(DMPA) with isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI). Hydrophobic polydimethylsiloxane was introduced in PU main chain as soft segment block unit. The isocyanate group in PDMS-PU block copolymer was blocked with 2-butanon oxime and obtained PDMS-PU dispersions by neutralizing with triethylamine (TEA). The structure of PDMS-PU polymers were confirmed by measuring FT-IR. The deblocking temperature appearing isocyanate group by thermal analysis was measured from TGA. PDMS-PU prepolymers were prepared with various contents of DMPA under constant[NCO]/[OH]=1.3 molar ratio. Increasing DMPA from 6, 12, 16wt% in the preparation of PDMS-PU polymer, particle sizes were decreased from 165, 100 and 65 dnm. And also, contact angle, adhesive strength and water swelling ratio were measured.

      • 理事의 自己去來에 관한 硏究

        The Article 398th of the Korean Cammercial law regulater that director of corporation must gain agreement of the board of directors when he will do business of the corporation mobilizing the self-dealing rule under his responsibility or even the third party. It is to prevent damages to the interests of the whole corporation which might be arosed by pursuing only his own interests or the interests of the third party, e.g., his son or daughter, etc.. It is also purposes to do legal business activities of the corporation as always by putting the position of the owner as a corporation director under the board of the directors. In these days, many the parent and subsidiary corporations incorporated by family ownership (as well as including directorship) show new trends of self-capitalization of the corporation and of self-dealing in most of the main business. In order effectively to cope these problems the application of the Article 398th must be reconsidered. There have been various t4eories and judicial precedents in applying the Article 398th so far. In terms of a new theoretical development haw to realistically apply in this paper I would like to emphasize a limitted application of the Article 398th, particularly concentrating on a study on the self-dealing of the director, and introduce same theories, judicial precedents, and new tendencies of foreign commercial law. In conclusion, I would like to attempt a legislature solution in order to theorize the legal application of the Article 398th of Korean Commercial law (as a legal device to prevent its illegal) application of the self-dealing in all business activities and to make clear the legal relationship between the director as a owner and the corporation.

      • 세탁기용 전원회로를 위한 가격경쟁력 있는 대기전력 저감 방안에 관한 연구

        전자 흡혈귀라고 불리는 대기전력은 세계적인 관심사로 2010년부터 대기전력 저감에 대한 규제가 시행되고 있다. 이에 대기전력 관련 규제 중 친환경설계지침인 EuP를 바탕으로 2013년에 시행되는 0.5W의 세탁기 대기전력 규제 만족을 위해 많은 회사와 국가에서 노력을 기울이고 있다. 기존 세탁기 관련 대기전력 저감을 위한 방안 중 0.5W대기전력 규제 만족을 위해 대기모드 시 누수감지를 위한 Micom전원을 별도의 Stand-by Stage를 운용을 통해 공급하는 방안이 많이 사용되고 있다. 하지만 대기전력 저감을 위해 별도의 Stand-by Stage를 운용하게 될 경우 하나의 Power Stage를 더 구성함에 따른 원가 증가 및 Board 부피가 증가하는 단점을 가지게 된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 대기전력 저감을 위해 별도의 Stand-by Stage를 삽입하는 방안 대신 Pass Switch 삽입을 통해 다중 출력 Flyback 구성에 따라 증가하게 되는 출력단에서의 전력소모를 최소화 하고 Inverter Stage에서 발생할 수 있는 모든 전력 소모 요소를 제안 방안 적용을 통해 최소화 하여 0.5W의 대기전력을 만족하는 방안을 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 방안의 적용에 따라 기존 별도의 Stand-by Stage 운용을 위한 원가를 절감할 수 있는 장점을 가지게 된다. 본 논문에서는 실제 1.2kW급 Drum세탁기의 시제품 제작을 통해 제안 방안의 우수성을 검증한다.
