예술인 복지정책을 통한 원로예술인들의 지원정책에 대한 연구

국 문 요 약 예술인 복지정책을 통한 원로예술인들의 지원정책에 대한 연구 문화가 있는 삶은 인간 내면의 생활을 풍요롭게 만든다. 우리의 예술인들의 삶이 질적으로 향상되고 그들의 지위가 존중 될 수 있을 때 문화 예술인들은 질적 가치가 있는 창작 활동을 할 수가 있다. 예술인의 사회적 권리가 직접적으로 1970년대 언급되어, 예술인 지위에 대한 문제를 구체적으로 검토, 현재 국내의 문화예술 방향에 염두를 두고 있으며, 예술 소외 계층 을 지원 하여 국민들의 질이 높은 문화예술을 문화예수를 향유 할 수 있도록 노력하고 있으나, 지원조건은 아직 미흡한 실정이다. 예술인들의 권리가 인정되고 예술창작의 가치를 인정받기 위해서는 예술인의 사회적 가치와 역할에 새롭게 의미를 부여 하는 것은 당연하다. 예술 활동은 인간들이 살아가면서 공유할 수 있는 가치가 있기에 최소한의 가치는 인정되어야 한다. 오늘날 예술은 예전에 비해 더욱 다양해진 장르와 장르구분의 파괴 및 장르간의 융 복합으로 인해 여러 형태로 구분 되어 진다 . 예술의 개념과 범주가 그만큼 다양해, 예술인을 한마디로 정의하기가 어렵다. 그러므로 예술 복지정책에 해당이 되는 예술인 에게 법적, 제도적 기준의 특성에 따라 예술인의 사회적 지위를 보장하는데 큰 의미가 있다. 100세 시대에 접어든 이 시대에 그들의 열정과 예술혼을 인정하고, 존중하여 다 시 한번 그들이 춤을 사랑하고, 무대를 사랑할 때, 그들의 예술세계가 빛날 수 있다. 인생의 황혼길 에 접어든 원로예술인들과, 모든예술인 들의 복지정책은 부족함이 없어야한다. 나라가 발전하고 국민들의 위상이 높아진 이때에, 우리의 것을 외면하고, 예술인들의 업적을 인정하지 않는 것은 우리의 정신도 버리는 것이라 생각한다. 예술인의 복지 정책과 원로 예술인들의 복지 정책을 돌아보면서, 어떤 한곳에만 치우치지 않고 고영하게 지원이 분배 되어 모든 예술인들의 삶의 질은 높아진다. 예술인들의 복지정책과 원로 예술인들의 복지 정책을 돌아보면서 예술인의 복지에 대한 결론은 다음과 같다, 첫째, 예술인들의 질적인 예술 활동을 위해 지속적인 지원체계가 이루어져야 할 것 이다. 둘째, 우리의 전통예술이 계승 발전할 수 있도록, 초등교육부터 시작할수 있도록 하여, 우리의 전통문화에 대한 인식 변화가 요구된다. 셋째, 중요무형문화제 보유자들만 대우받고, 그렇치못한 음지의 원로 예술인은 외면당하는 일이 없도록, 국가의 지속적인 관심과 해택이 고루 분배 되어 한쪽으로 치우치지 않길 바란다. 넷째, 우리의 모등 예술은 소중하다. 그 업적을 길이 보존하고 더욱더 가치 있게 계승시켜 우리의 것, 우리의 예술인들이 더욱 빛났으면 한다. 마지막으로 우리의 예술 복지를 위해 예술인들의 가치가 제 조명되고, 우리의 전통 문화와 예술인들의 존귀함을 후대에까지 길이 추앙 받기를 바란다. 주제어 : 예술복지, 예술인과 원로 예술인, 전통문화 Life with culture enriches inner life of mankind. When the quality of artists' lives is improved and their status can be respected, people in cultural and artistic career can engage in creative activities of qualitative value. The social rights of artists have been directly referred to in the 1970s, and the issue of the status of artists has been examined in detail, and currently attention is directed to domestic culture and arts. Although support for the underprivileged of arts is undergoing for citizens to be able to enjoy the high quality of culture and art, the support is still insufficient. To appreciate the rights of artists and the value of artistic creation, it is no wonder to give new meaning to the social values and roles of artists. The least value of artistic activities should be acknowledged because there is a sharable value for human being. Today, arts are divided into various forms due to the genre more varied than before, and the destruction and convergence of genres. The concept and category of arts are so diverse that it is difficult to define the artist as a word. Therefore, it is very significant to guarantee the social status of artists according to the characteristics of legal and institutional standards for the artists who fall under the artistic welfare policy. In so called the age of 100 era, their artistic world can be distinguished when their passion and artistic soul are acknowledged and they love dancing and stage. There should be no shortage of welfare policies of senior artists and all artists who are at the dusk of life. At this time when the nation has developed and the status of the people has risen, it might be to abandon our mind not to acknowledge the achievements of the artists. Looking at the welfare policies of artists and the welfare policies of elderly artists, the quality of life of all artists is heightened, as the support is distributed in a pragmatic manner without being shifted to any one place. Looking back at the welfare policies of artists and senior artists, the conclusions of the welfare of artists are as follows. First, support system should be continued for the qualitative artistic activities of artists. Second, education should begin on the level of elementary education so that traditional arts could be inherited and perception of traditional culture could be changed. Third, it should be avoided that only the holders of important Intangible Cultural Asset are treated, while the underprivileged senior artists are ignored. Therefore the continuing interest and support of the nation should not be inclined, but distributed equally. Fourth, all kinds of arts are valuable. The achievements should be preserved and inherited valuably for a long time to stand out domestic artists. Lastly, the value of artists should be illuminated for welfare of artists, and the dignity of traditional culture and artists should be venerated to the later generations. 영아기 어머니의 양육스트레스가 학령전 유아의 문제행동에 미치는 영향: 영아기 애착안정성 및 유아기 가족상호작용의 매개효과 :

본 연구는 영아기 어머니의 양육스트레스와 학령 전 유아의 문제행동 간의 관계에서 영아기 애착안정성 및 유아기 가족상호작용의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 본 연구를 위해 한국아동패널(PSKC) 1차년도(2008), 1차년도 심층(2009), 6차년도(2013), 7차년도(2014) 조사에 응답한 자료를 추출하여 분석하였고, 구조관계 검증은 SPSS 21.0, AMOS 21.0을 활용하였다. 모형의 적합성은 확인적 요인분석과 적합도 지수로 확인하였고. 매개효과의 유의성은 팬텀변수를 사용한 부트스트랩으로 검증하였다. 주요 결과를 살펴보면 첫째, 영아기 어머니의 양육스트레스는 학령전 유아의 문제행동에 직접적인 영향은 미치지 않았고 간접적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 영아기 애착안정성 및 유아기 가족상호작용은 영아기 어머니의 양육스트레스와 학령전 유아의 문제행동 간의 관계를 각각 완전 매개하였다. 셋째, 영아기 어머니의 양육스트레스와 학령전 유아의 문제행동 간의 관계에서 영아기 애착안정성 및 유아기 가족상호작용은 이중 매개하지 않았다. 이러한 결과 영아기 어머니의 양육스트레스가 비록 높더라도 유아가 안정적인 애착을 형성하고 유아기의 가족상호작용이 긍정적이 되도록 지원한다면 학령전 유아의 문제행동을 줄일 수 있다는 측면에서 안정적인 애착 형성 및 긍정적 가족상호작용의 중요성이 논의되었다.
