웹 기술로 통합되는 가상 머신 상의 시나리오 기반 사이버 공격·방어 교육 시스템
ICT기술이 발달함에 따라 보안문제가 사람들의 생활에 영향을 미치면서 정보보호의 중요성에 대한 인식이 개선되고 관심과 수요가 증가하였다. 이렇게 증가된 수요에 따라 정보보호 교육에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있으며 민간, 정부, 국방 등에서 다양한 교육 시스템을 제공해 준다. 하지만 침투, DDoS 대응, DB 유출 공격 등 훈련생이 직접 실습할 수 있는 교육을 수료했더라도 대부분의 교육 방식이 이론중심이거나 시나리오가 미리 알려주는 예고제 방식을 이용하기에 교육 효과의 효율성이 낮아 일부를 제외하고는 실제 상황에 적용하기에는 어려움이 있다. 또한 실습을 실제 망을 대상으로 공격 및 방어 훈련을 진행하는 것은 위험 부담 및 다양한 제약이 있기에 현실적으로 불가능하다. 그리고 시나리오 별로 새로운 시스템을 구축하고 사용법을 배우는 것은 훈련의 효율성을 낮춘다. 이에 본 연구에서는 가상화 시스템을 이용해서 침해사고 기반의 시나리오를 개발하여 실제 망과 유사하게 침해사고 공격 및 방어를 실습을 진행 및 시나리오 별로 가상환경을 구축할 필요 없이 웹 브라우저에서 VM API를 통해 가상환경을 제공해주어 교육생의 편리성, 교육의 효율성을 증가시키는 것을 목표로 정보보호 교육 시스템을 제작한다.

國內銀行의 職務分析 및 그 活用實態에 관한 硏究 : 특히 P銀行을 中心으로

Since the application of self-control policy for the general banks in our country which was announced in 1980, the bank enterprises in our country are facing with the rapid change of the environments such as a keen competition among banks to attract clients, the rapid growing of the business, and required services, the mechanization of the works, and the extension of the small - scaled branches, etc. To cope with these changes, this paper proposes that banks must reorganize the existing mechanistic structure into the organic structure and also redesign the contents of the jobs of the bank business. According to this reach and study, it is found out that the bank enterprises of today do not practice job-analysis and utilize its data when they design new jobs in the case of the out break of some new businesses, or to reorganize the organization, to calculate needed man power, to establish educational and training programs, and to practice the selecting, transfering and arranging of the staffs. At the same time, it is also found out some problems that to be solved on the point that their job-specification and the job-description are not clearly stated owing to having no utilization of job-analysis, that they have considerable difficulties in arranging the staffs who have required abilities and skills to perform given jobs, that the education-programs for the developments of the abilities of the staffs are not efficient, and that they have some difficulties in calculating the moderate needed numbers of staffs rationally. As a device to improve these problems, the paper proposes that the bank enterprises in our country should establish the execusive post for the job-analysis, practice the job-analysis with scientific process periodically by well trained job analysists, and utilize the data which have been obtained from the job-analysis into the framing for the job-planning, calculating needed man power, selecting new employees and transfering staffs, stating job-specification and job-description, and planning educational and training programs.

군수 실무자의 ESG 인식이 지속가능성에 미치는 영향 : ‐ 미래 · 즉각적 결과고려의 조절효과를 중심으로

지속가능성에 대한 관심이 점점 커져가며, 국제적, 국가적, 민간을 막론하고 다양한 분야에서 지속가능성을 위한 노력을 하고 있다. 국방분야도 이러한 분위기에 맞춰 적절한 정책 구현과 연구가 필요하다. 군수는 군의 기능 중 환경 및 지속가능성과 가장 밀접한 분야이기 때문에, 군수분야의 지속가능성 연구를 통해 국방분야 전반의 지속가능성에도 기여할 수 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 군수 실무자의 ESG 인식이 지속가능성에 미치는 영향과 미래·즉각적 결과고려(CFC·CIC)의 조절효과를 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 대대 ∼ 국직 및 군 본부에서 근무 중인 군수 실무자 200명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 수집된 자료는 SPSS Statistics와 AMOS Graphic 26.0을 이용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 군수 실무자의 환경(E) 인식과 사회(S) 인식은 지속가능성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 지배구조(G) 인식은 지속가능성에 유의한 영향을 주지 않는 것으로 검증되었다. CFC의 성향은 환경(E)·사회(E) 인식과 지속가능성의 관계를 강화하는 조절효과가 검증되었으며, CIC의 성향은 환경(E) 인식과 지속가능성의 관계를 약화하는 조절효과만 검증되었다. 본 연구는 이론적 측면에서 군수 실무자의 ESG 인식이 지속가능성에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하고, 지속가능성 연구에서 CFC·CIC의 영향을 고려하는 연구모형을 검증하여 관련 연구의 이론적 확장에 기여하였다. 실무적으로는 군수분야의 지속가능성 연구와 정책을 통해, 구성원들의 교육에 대한 필요성을 강조하고, 군에서의 ESG 경영의 실효성을 검증하였다. 마지막으로, CFC·CIC를 통해 군 구성원 개인의 성향과 진행하는 환경정책의 성향을 구분하여, 적절한 임무부여와 정책 수립에 활용 가능함을 환기하였다. Regardless of international, national, and private sectors, there are growing interests and efforts in sustainability. The Ministry of National Defense also needs appropriate research and policies in line with this trend. Among the functions of the military, logistics is the most closely related to the environment and sustainability, Studying the sustainability of it can contribute to the sustainability of the defense sector. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of logistics staff’s ESG perception on the sustainability and the moderating effect of Consideration of Future and Immediate Consideration(;CFC · CIC) on its impact. For the analysis, a survey was conducted on 200 logistics executives, and the collected data were analyzed by SPSS Statistics and AMOS Graphic 26.0. The analysis results are as follows. Environmental(E) perception and social(S) perception in the logistics were found to have a positive effect on sustainability, but governance(G) perception was verified to have no significant effect on sustainability. CFC has verified the moderating effect of the relationship between environmental(E) & social(E) perception and sustainability. But, CIC has only verified the moderating effect of the relationship between environmental(E) perception and sustainability. The theoretical and working-level contributions are as follows. By empirically analyzing the effect of ESG perception in the logistics sector on sustainability, it contributed to the theoretical expansion of sustainability studies and CFC·CIC-related studies. The need for education of staffs in the defense sector was emphasized, and the effectiveness of ESG management in the logistics was verified. Finally, it is recalled that CFC and CIC can be used to establish policies through appropriate assignment by distinguishing the tendency of individual staffs and environmental policies.
