        ABSTRACT A study on the Effect of Hotel Employee`s Reward Management Fairness Sensation on Emotional Organizational Devotion: Focused on the Hotel in HeBei China Shao Xinran Dept. of Hospitality & Tourism Management The Graduate school of Sejong University, Korea The study was to analyze how variables of employee`s reward management fairness sensation affect emotional organizational devotion by reward satisfaction, and to suggest efficient plans for human resources management in hotels. Data was obtained from a convenient sample of 6 hotel(2 four star, 1 three star, 3 two star) in HeBei China and collected for 15, September to 29, September of 2007. The researcher directly visited the workers of those hotels and distributed a questionnaire and collected it. Total 480 questionnaires were distributed about hotels and 409 of them were collected. This thesis makes use of SPSS for Window 12.0 Korea version. The method for the analysis used here are frequent analysis, reliability test, factor analysis, correlation analysis, simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis, data were analyzed using the Statical Package for Social Analysis(SPSS WIN12.0). As the result of the study, the suggestions were described as follows. Firstly, in the situation where parameters of reward satisfaction was not applied, sharing fairness sensation was the factor of employee`s reward management fairness sensation which affected emotional organizational devotion most. Secondly, the result indicated that reward satisfaction had strong influence on emotional organizational devotion directly. Among reward satisfaction, the employee`s reward management fairness sensation brought about a cause and effect relationship. The employee`s reward management fairness sensation called as sharing fairness sensation was applied as the parameter to create the influence on the propensity to turnover. In the view of hotels, when considering the effects of emotional organizational devotion called as a propensity to turnover, the reward satisfaction should have to be considered. Thirdly, the information fairness sensation which exist little in Korean literature, had positive influence on reward satisfaction and emotional organizational devotion. In the view of hotels, when considering th effects of emotional organizational devotion called as a propensity to turnover, the information fairness sensation should have to be considered. Finally, in terms of the reward satisfaction in relation to employee`s reward management fairness sensation had the meaningful influence on emotional organizational devotion. In fairness sensation, the sharing fairness sensation, reciprocal fairness sensation, process fairness sensation and information fairness sensation factors had the meaningful effect on emotional organizational devotion.
