        This study is aiming to investigate the effect of entrepreneurship education program on career awareness of the eighth grade. After educating entrepreneurship program to students, the impact of the program on career maturity has been analyzed based on the analysis of the question survey on seven sub scales belonging to two areas, and the interview survey on behavior area of career maturity. As a result, entrepreneurship education program has not affected the attitude of career maturity (planning, attitude towards the profession, independence) and the ability of career maturity (self-understanding, sensible decisions, information retrieval, knowledge about the desired profession), while career mature behavior (partnership, challenger spirit, idea creation) has been analyzed to have a positive impact. Also it showed that boys have received more positive impact on entrepreneurship education than female. This enables entrepreneurship education program does not bring positive impact on the career awareness of students, but being positive impact on the students consciousness partly at the level of consciousness required of middle school students. The six ways have been proposed to adapt to the future world of work, cultivate course motivation, and change their lifestyle through entrepreneurship education program. First, it enables students perform their roles better through fostering the entrepreneurship education, so that they can grow a sense of community as well. Second, it must make that school develops qualities needed to adapt the future society in the rapidly changing world of work. Third, students should have the opportunity to make direct professional experience through donation for education of community and school parents. Fourth, with not limited to a particular subject, all teachers and parents to form a consensus need to establish new educational curriculum so that entrepreneurship education has made in all subjects. Fifth, it needs to be prepared experience center to develop one’s potential ability and understand one’s ownself well through entrepreneurship education program. Finally, continuous education is needed so as to act adventurously and creatively, blending in students’ lives by learning the spirit of entrepreneur rather than entrepreneurship education for the purpose of business start-up.
