In this paper, seat back table was designed to be opened and closed a table with vertical movement along the two guides. Also, the seat back table was designed to level maintenance according to the angle changes by recliner.
The mechanical micro machining process and MEMS technology have been taken more and more important position in fabrication of micro parts, and Therefore, we have developed a system for micro machining using micro end-mill and CO2 laser. Four different fabrication processes were tested. First, micro machining system using micro end-mill and 3-axis CNC was developed. This system is based on STL CAM and web-based communication. Second, micro rockets with three-dimensional micro nozzle were fabricated. Third, we developed a paper-based Layered Manufacturing (LM) system applying micro milling technology. As the cutter of build material, micro end-mill with 127㎛ was used. Forth, a system to fabricate laser machined Light Guide Panel (GPU) was developed using CO2 laser and 3-axis CNC. For each system, sample parts were fabricated to prove its usefulness. The results of some of the systems are provided as homepages. Users can access web-based tools at http://fab.sun.ac.kr.
