전문대의 문화예술 직업교육 위탁과정이 학생만족도 및 진로선택에 미치는 영향

Now that culture is leading and changing in the times, culture and art education must be necessary in our times. Currently, junior high school students are preparing for the introduction of the free semester system, and high school students are moving away from the uniformed high school education of the high school created by the old age, I am trying to be born again as an artist. Based on this, we set up research model and hypothesis by presenting research purpose based on the aspect of change development, and constructed variable and questionnaire. As a sub-variable of cultural arts curriculum, educational programs, teaching, qualifications, counseling, and facilities were placed. And the relationship between student satisfaction and career choice. The questionnaires were collected from high school boys and girls in grades 2 and 3 who were taking courses in the culture and arts vocational education and training course for the 5 days from October 23 to 27, 2017. The empirical results of this study are summarized as follows.  First, as a result of analyzing the status of career counseling, it was found that about half of the students reported career counseling for career counseling in a consigned educational institution, and the students who had experience in career counseling, The results of the analysis of the counselors showed that the counselors were generally consulted with the homeroom teacher. In addition, the projected plans for career and employment after completion of the entrusted education course can be regarded as hoping to advance to the same major course in general, and for students who expect to work in the same major or other major after completion of the entrusted curriculum Analysis of the reason for employment suggests that they want to get work experience because they want to gain experience in the field. Second, as a result of analyzing the process of entrusting culture and arts vocational education to the general college, 'education facility' was the highest, 'qualification of instructor', 'guidance of life' and 'education program' In addition, according to the demographic characteristics, it was found that when the counselor was invited to a school, a church, or a club, The map is high. Third, the analysis of overall student satisfaction also showed no statistically significant difference in the degree of student satisfaction according to demographic characteristics. Fourth, as a result of analyzing the overall career choice, it was analyzed whether there is a difference in career choice according to the demographic characteristics. As a result, it was found that when counseling was given to a school, a church, The results of this study are as follows. Fifth, as a result of analyzing the correlation between curriculum entrusted to vocational colleges, student satisfaction and career choice, the educational program, education, instructor qualities, life guidance, and educational facilities according to the subordinate factors of the curriculum have statistically significant (+ ), And there was a statistically significant positive correlation with career choice. In addition, there was a statistically significant positive correlation between career choice and student satisfaction. Sixth, analyzing the effect of the process of entrusting culture and arts vocational education to the students 'satisfaction, it was found that the teachers' qualities, education programs, living instruction, and educational facilities were statistically significant (+ The results of this study are as follows. In other words, it can be seen that teacher, qualification, education program, life instruction, and educational facilities are important factors in student satisfaction. Seventh, as a result of analyzing the influence of the process of entrusting culture and arts vocational education to college students, it was found that educational program, school, teacher qualifications, educational facilities, and life guidance were statistically significant, The results of this study are as follows. In other words, it can be seen that educational programs, education, teacher qualities, educational facilities, and life guidance are important factors in selecting students' career options. Eighth, the analysis of the effects of student satisfaction on career choice showed that student satisfaction had a statistically significant positive effect on career choice. In other words, student satisfaction is an important factor in career choice of students. It is necessary to develop and develop quantitatively and qualitatively as a cultural artist in order to develop more systematically the curriculum through the same advanced level course and the continuing interest of the vocational college's arts and vocational education entrustment process at the initial stage. 문화가 시대를 선도하고 변화 발전시키는 지금, 문화예술교육은 우리 시대에 꼭 필요함에 틀림없다. 현재 중학생들은 자유학기제의 도입에 맞춰 준비해나가고 있으며, 고등학생들은 구시대가 만들어낸 획일화 된 인문 고등학교 교육을 탈피하여, 문화예술분야의 주역이 되고자 자신의 진로선택을 조기에 하여 보다 체계적이고 전문적인 문화예술인으로 거듭나고자 노력하고 있다. 이에 따라 변화발전의 양상을 토대로 연구목적을 제시하여 연구모형과 가설을 설정하였으며, 변수 도출과 설문지를 구성하였다. 문화예술교육과정의 하위변수로는 교육프로그램, 교, 강사자질, 상담, 시설을 두었으며, 문화예술교육과정의 학생만족도 역시 동일하게 연구모형을 설계하였다. 그에 따른 학생만족도와 진로선택의 상관관계를 설정하였다. 설문조사는 2017년 10월 23일에서 27일 까지 5일간 서울시 사업 선정 대학 중 문화예술분야 직업교육 위탁과정을 수업받고 있는 고등학교 남녀 2, 3학년 학생들을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였다. 본 연구의 실증분석 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 진로상담 현황을 분석한 결과 위탁교육기관 내 진로상담여부는 학생의 반정도가 진로상담을 받는 것으로 나타났고, 진로상담에 대한 경험이 있는 학생들을 대상으로 위탁교육기관 내 진로상담 및 학교생활에 대한 상담자를 분석한 결과 대체적으로 위탁과정 담임선생님과 상담을 하고 있는 것으로, 위탁교육기관 내 진로상담주기는 주로 학생이 원하는 때 언제나 진로상담을 한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 위탁교육과정 수료 후 진로 및 취업에 대한 예상계획은 대체적으로 같은 전공계열로 진학을 희망하는 것으로 볼 수 있고, 위탁교육과정 수료 후 같은 전공계열 또는 다른 전공계열로 취업을 예상하는 학생들을 대상으로 취업 예상이유를 분석한 결과 현장경험을 쌓고 싶어서 취업하고자 하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 전반적인 전문대의 문화예술 직업교육 위탁과정에 대해 분석한 결과 전체적으로 볼 때, ‘교육시설’이 가장 높게 나타났고, ‘교, 강사자질’, ‘생활지도’, ‘교육프로그램’ 순으로 나타났으며, 또한 인구통계학적 특성에 따라 차이가 있는지를 분석한 결과 위탁교육과정 진학권유에 따라 학원, 교회, 동아리 등에 권유를 받은 경우 본인 스스로 결정하거나 선배 또는 친구에 권유를 받은 경우에 비해 상대적으로 생활지도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 전반적인 학생만족도에 대해 분석한 결과 또한 인구통계학적 특성에 따라 학생만족도에 차이가 있는지를 분석한 결과 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 넷째, 전반적인 진로선택에 대해 분석한 결과 인구통계학적 특성에 따라 진로선택에 차이가 있는지를 분석한 결과 위탁교육과정 진학권유에 따라 학원, 교회, 동아리 등에 권유를 받은 경우 선배 또는 친구에 권유를 받은 경우에 비해 상대적으로 진로선택이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 전문대 연계 일반고 위탁교육과정과 학생만족도, 진로선택의 상관관계를 분석한 결과 교육과정의 하위요인별 교육프로그램, 교, 강사자질, 생활지도, 교육시설은 학생만족도와 통계적으로 유의미한 정(+)의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났고, 진로선택과도 통계적으로 유의미한 정(+)의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 학생만족도는 진로선택과 통계적으로 유의미한 정(+)의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 여섯째, 전문대의 문화예술 직업교육 위탁과정이 학생만족도에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 교육과정의 하위요인별 교, 강사자질, 교육프로그램, 생활지도, 교육시설이 학생만족도에 통계적으로 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 학생만족도에 있어서는 전문대 연계 일반고 위탁교육과정의 교, 강사자질, 교육프로그램, 생활지도, 교육시설이 중요한 요인임을 알 수 있다. 일곱째, 전문대의 문화예술 직업교육 위탁과정이 진로선택에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 교육과정의 하위요인별 교육프로그램, 교, 강사자질, 교육시설, 생활지도가 진로선택에 통계적으로 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 학생들의 진로선택에 있어서는 전문대의 문화예술 직업교육 위탁과정의 교육프로그램, 교, 강사자질, 교육시설, 생활지도가 중요한 요인임을 알 수 있다. 여덟째, 학생만족도가 진로선택에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 학생만족도는 진로선택에 통계적으로 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 학생들의 진로선택에 있어서는 학생만족도가 중요한 요인임을 알 수 있다. 초기단계인 전문대의 문화예술 직업교육 위탁과정의 지속적인 관심과 동일 상급과정을 통한 세부교육과정을 더 체계적으로 이루어지도록 발전시켜야 문화예술인으로서의 양적 및 질적으로 성장, 발전시켜야 할 것이다.
