21세기에 들어 산업화 위주의 도시발전과 팽창은 파괴와 함께 인간의 삶을 획일화하는 도시환경을 초래하였으며, 이러한 환경은 인간을 삶의 터전으로부터 소외시키고 말았다. 현대사회에서 인간은 보다 나은 삶을 영위하기 위해 생활환경에 대한 관심을 가지게 되었고, 이러한 관심은 산업화에 의한 메마른 도시공간을 인간중심, 자연친화적인 도시공간으로의 변화에 대한 노력이 이어지고 있다. 도시해변휴양지는 도시가 시민과 관광객에게 자유로운 커뮤니케이션을 제공해주는 소통의 공간이면서 시민의 대표적인 휴식 공간이다. 하지만 도시 해변휴양지의 빠른 성장과 시민들의 대표적인 휴식공간임에도 불구하고 해변구역의 공공시설의 인프라, 특히 공공벤치의 발전은 점점 해변 지역의 발전에 따라 가지 못하고 있다. 휴식공간의 시설 인프라 낙후는 도시 이미지에 좋지 않은 영향을 미친다. 그래서 도시해변 휴양지의 광장 인프라에 대한 연구는 중요한 의미를 가진다. 해운대 해수욕장의 지역 특징을 반영하고, 사용자가 공공벤치 각 디자인 요소에 대한 수요 분석에 의하여 사용자를 만족시킬 수 있는 해운대 해수욕장 공공벤치를 디자인 개발을 목적으로 하고 있다. 위와 같은 배경에 근거하여, 본 연구에서는 선행연구 조사로써 사용자를 중심으로 하는 디자인 개념, Street Furniture의 개념과 디자인 구성 요소 분류를 통해 공공벤치디자인의 방향을 결정하였다. 그리고 공공벤치의 개념 및 그 디자인 구성 요소 분석을 통하여 공공벤치 디자인의 각 요소를 분류하였다. 문헌연구조사이후, 본 연구에서는 세계 각 지역의 해변벤치의 사례를 분석함으로서 해변공간의 벤치의 특징을 정의하였다. 이는 해운대 해수욕장 공공벤치의 디자인에 대한 지표를 제공해주었다. 또 해운대 해수욕장의 현황을 분석하고, 해수욕장에 있는 벤치의 장단점을 파악하며, 30명의 사용자들을 대상으로 만족도에 대한 조사를 통해서, 벤치 디자인과 위치를 확정한다. 그리고 사용자들이 선호하는 벤치의 디자인 구성요소를 분석한 후에 새로운 벤치 디자인의 근거로 삼았다. The 21st century is known as the era of modern society, has been called the information age, with the urban rapid development; people have needs for more interpersonal communication and information transmission in the outdoor life than the past. The pedestrian street design is becoming increasingly important that is to make life more comfortable in the city at outdoor. The pedestrian street is means traffic freeze area and it is just for the pedestrians. For pedestrian's public life, bench is the most important furniture, because it not only can meet pedestrian people to stay, small sitting, watching,listening and conversation as the most simple and basic activities of requirements, but also result as a starting point, inciting the other, such as walking, shopping, and a series of street events. The appropriate high-quality designed benchto will helping people's street life more exciting, this is a reflection of urban culture. What kind of outdoor public seating to meet people's needs that we need to study. Bench's shape, color, material, structure, design and other street facilities are often formed with the specific atmosphere of a certain region. At the same time can help people in the physical and psychological comfort and relaxation, feel the city's culture and style. The core objective is to design the specific needs of users as the center, the Haeundae Beach public seating design improvement and development. According to the regional characteristics of urban coastal areas and the existing design are summarized in urban coastal areas of public seating design features, and attached to the major users of public seating design elements of requirements analysis, design and strive to meet user needs Haiyun Taiwan public beach chairs, allowing users to Haeundae Beach feels comfortable in this environment. In this paper, by introducing the concept of user-centered design, street furniture and design elements of the concept of classification, as well as the understanding of sea space and crowd behavior analysis as a theoretical basis for this design. Second, Chapter III, through the concept of public seating and the design elements of the analysis, the design of the major elements of public seating categories. In this guide, based on the seat and then the sea around the world to study the case, summed up the characteristics of benches in waterfront for Haeundae Beach public seat design provide direction and guidance. Finally, under the guidance of the user's requirements analysis, detailed analysis of Haeundae Beach's environmental and zoning, as well as the status of the existing seat design strengths and weaknesses analysis to determine the design of the proposal in this direction.
