기독교인의 신앙성숙, 의사소통 및 결혼 만족도의 관계

본 연구는 신앙이 성숙하고 의사소통을 효율적으로 하게 되면 결혼 생활이 만족하는가에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해서 고등학교를 졸업하고 인천 지역에 거주하는 411명의 기혼 기독교인을 대상으로 신앙 성숙, 의사소통, 그리고 결혼 만족도를 조사하여 그 결과를 분석하였다. 첫째는 성별에 따라 신앙 성숙, 의사소통 결혼 만족도를 살펴보았다. 신앙 성숙에서 여성 집단이 남성 집단보다 평균이 높았다. 신앙 성숙의 하위 변인인 인지, 정의 그리고 의지 중에 인지 차원이 가장 높은 성숙도를 보이고, 반대로 의지 차원은 가장 낮은 성숙도가 나왔다. 의사소통은 여성 집단이 남성 집단보다 더 높은 점수가 나왔다. 남성보다 여성이 더 효율적인 의사소통을 하고 있다는 것이다. 그러나 결혼 만족도를 보면 신앙 성숙과 의사소통과는 달리 남성 집단이 여성 집단보다 더 높은 것을 알 수 있다. 둘째로 신앙 성숙과 결혼 만족도에서 남성 집단은 신앙이 성숙할수록 결혼 만족도가 높다. 이에 비해서 여성은 정의 영역을 제외하고는 신앙 성숙에 따른 결혼 만족도가 낮다. 셋째로 의사소통에 따른 결혼 만족도에서는 남성, 여성 모두 의사소통이 효율적으로 이루어짐에 따라 결혼 만족도가 높아졌다. 결혼 만족도는 의사소통에 영향을 받는다고 할 수 있고 반대로 결혼 생활에 만족하다면 의사소통이 잘 이루어지고 있다고 말할 수 있다. 넷째로 신앙 성숙과 의사소통간의 관계에서 남성 집단은 신앙이 성숙하면 의사소통도 효율적으로 하고 있으나, 여성 집단은 신앙이 성숙하더라도 의사소통은 효율적이지 못하고 있다. 마지막으로 신앙 성숙이 의사소통보다 결혼 만족도에 영향력이 더 있다. 이것은 남성과 여성에게 동일하게 나타난다. This study is to investigate the degree of the marital satisfaction by faith maturity and couple communication. I measured the faith maturity, the couple communication and the marital satisfaction with 1,000 married men and women christian attending church in Incheon. 411 of them is a target population except questionnaire missing answers and those lower and higher than High School graduate. The following contents extracted from this thesis. First, the faith of women group is more mature than that of men. Three dimensions of faith consist of intellect, emotion, volition. The maturity of intellect is the highest of three, but the maturity of volition is the lowest of them. This result demands that our faith must search for not only words but also doing in everyday life because this is God's commands. Second, generally the more mature our faith is, the higher the marital satisfaction is. In this thesis, men group can be applied to this information, but in women group, faith is not the influential factor of the marital satisfaction. Third, the couple's efficient communication is very powerful in the marital satisfaction in men and women group. Interaction between couple communication and marital satisfaction is very meaningful. A good communication in marriage life is filled with the happiness of marriage life. Fourth, the collation of both faith maturity and couple communication is high in men group and total group, but that of women group is low. Women group can miss the essential factor of faith. Protestant is the religion of communication. And couple relationship and their home are important material in God's providence Finally, faith maturity is more influential than couple communication in the marital satisfaction. To promote couple communication, many programs and seminars for couple intimacy must open in church.

《삼국유사》 佛敎說話의 信仰體系 硏究

Samkukyusa三國遺事 is a kind of narrative, historical and bibliographical work. These three characteristics are well combined in this book, keeping an inseparable relation. In other words, the bibliographical aspects of this book sticks to the current of history and make it to the extent of being the history of thought, imagination and symbol. This paper is an analysis on the religious system in Samkukyusa三國遺事 by means of classifying Buddhist narrative stories according to the kind of beliefs and investigating how the beliefs are concertized in that narrative stories. The Buddhist narrative stories in Samkukyusa三國遺事 were well matched with the current of the Buddhist history and embody the course of conflict, confrontation and unification of Buddhism with folk beliefs. It was inevitable for Buddhism to come into conflict with the folk belief. But the capacity of Buddhism made it possible to absorb the folk belief into itself. The Buddhism which had introduced into Shilla新羅 Dynasty unified the whole body of the folk belief and then Buddhist narrative stories appeared which got out of China-centered viewpoint and recognized our own subjectivity. When we look into the periodic distribution of the Buddhist narrative stories in Samkukyusa三國遺事, they ranged from 6th to 7th century when Buddhism was introduced and from 7th to 8th century when Shilla新羅 Dynasty unified the Three Kingdoms and Buddhism settled down. This reflect the historical trend of Buddhism from introduction to settlement. A number of narrative stories about Miruk彌勒 were made in the course of conflicting, confrontating and settling of Buddhism. But Buddhist monks, Wonhyo and Hyesook, criticized the warrior and aristocratical character of Miruk belief彌勒信仰. After the unification of the Three Kingdoms, Jungto belief淨土信仰 and Kwaneum belief觀音信仰 showed up. Miruk belief彌勒信仰 which embraced folk belief was prevalent in Shilla新羅 Dynasty in the 6th and 7th century when the Buddhism became indigenous. Jungto淨土 and Kwaneum觀音 belief which had mature religious attitudes were prevalent in Shilla新羅 Dynasty in the 7th and 8th century when the Three Kingdoms were unified and Shilla新羅 Dynasty was at the zenith of its prosperity. The change of Buddhism in the period of the Three Kingdoms was well matched with the historical trend of Buddhism. That is to say, the current from Miruk彌勒 to Jungto淨土 and Kwaneum觀音 belief well represented the course of fixation and development of the Buddhism in Shilla新羅 Dynasty. And Buddhist narrative stories in Samkukyusa三國遺事 described the belief literarily well.

전신마취하에 제왕절개술을 받는 전자간증 산모에서 기관 내 삽관에 의한 혈역학 반응과 각성반응에 미치는 Remifentanil의 영향

서론: 전신마취를 받는 환자에서 기관 내 삽관은 혈압상승과 빈맥 등 현저한 심혈관계 반응과 각성반응을 유발할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 전자간증 산모에서 remifentanil이 이러한 반응들을 억제할 수 있는지 알아보고자 하였다. 대상 및 방법: 전자간증 산모 중 전신마취하에 제왕절개술이 계획된 30명을 대상으로 하여 무작위로 remifentanil 사용 유무에 따라 두 군으로 나누어 각 군을 15명씩으로 하였다. 실험군에서는 remifentanil 1 ㎍/㎏을 30초에 걸쳐 마취유도 전 투여하였으며 대조군에서는 동 용량의 생리식염수를 주입하였다. 마취유도는 thiopental sodium 4 ㎎/kg, 근이완은 succinylcholine 1.5 ㎎/kg을 정주한 후 기관 내 삽관을 시행하고 마취유지는 sevoflurane 1%(호기말농도)와 50% 아산화질소로 하였다. 수축기혈압, 심박동수, 이중분광계수치, 그리고 혈장내 카테콜라민농도를 측정하였다. 아울러 Apgar 점수를 측정하고 제대 동맥과 제대정맥 혈분석을 실시하였다. 결과: 마취유도 시 thiopental 투여 후 양 군 모두에서 수축기 혈압과 이중분광계수 값은 감소하였으나(P<0.01) 심박동수는 대조군에는 증가하였으나 remifentanil군은 변화가 없었다. 곧 이은 기관 내 삽관 후 양 군 모두에서 수축기 혈압, 심박동수 및 이중분광계수 값이 증가하였으나 remifentanil 군에서 대조군에 비해 수축기 혈압과 심박동수는 상승폭이 유의하게 낮았으며 이중분광계수 값은 차이가 없었다. 혈장 내 norepinephrine 값은 기관 내 삽관 후 대조군에서 유의한 상승을 보였으나 remifentanil 군에서 이러한 상승반응이 소실되었다. 1분치 Apgar score는 remifentanil군에서 대조군보다 낮았으나(P < 0.05), 5분치 Apgar score와 제대동맥과 정맥혈의 혈액가스분석 결과는 두 군 간에 유의한 차이는 없었다. 신생아에서 저혈압이나 서맥, 저혈당 등의 부작용은 두 군 모두에서 관찰되지 않았다. 결론: 이상의 결과는 전자간증 환자에서 remifentanil 1 ㎍/㎏은 기관 내 삽관 후 나타나는 혈역학적 반응과 카테콜라민반응을 효과적으로 억제하나 각성반응에는 영향이 없음을 시사하였다. 그러나 remifentanil은 태반을 쉽게 통과하여 신생아를 억제할 수 있으므로 적절한 구조 장비와 시설 하에서 시행하는 것이 바람직하다 하겠다. Introduction: Laryngoscopy and endotracheal intubation elicits cardiovascular and arousal responses. The present study was aimed to determine whether remifentanil affects these responses in patients with preeclampsia. Methods: Thirty preeclamptic women who were scheduled to undergo cesarean delivery under general anesthesia were randomly assigned to receive either remifentanil 1 ㎍/㎏ (n = 15) or saline (n = 15) before induction of anesthesia using thiopental 4 ㎎/kg and succinylcholine 1.5 ㎎ /kg. Systolic arterial pressure (SBP), heart rate (HR) and bispectral index value (BIS) as well as plasma catecholamine concentrations were measured. Neonatal effect was assessed using Apgar score and umbilical cord blood gas analysis. Results: Induction with thiopental with and without remifentanil caused a reduction in SBP and BIS value (P < 0.01) in both groups. However, induction increased HR in the control group and did not affect in the remifentanil group. The intubation then increased SBP, HR and BIS value in both groups. However, the magnitude of increases in SBP and HR was lower and that of BIS was similar in the remifentanil group compared with the control group. Norepinephrine concentration increased significantly after intubation in the control group but the increase was abolished in the remifentanil group. The neonatal Apgar scores (5 min), and umbilical arterial and venous pH and blood gas values were similar in the two groups except for lower Apgar score at I min in the remifentanil group. Adverse effects such as hypotension, bradycardia, and hypoglycemia were not seen in the neonates in the remifentanil group. Conclusions: These results indicate that a single bolus of 1 ㎍/㎏ remifentanil effectively attenuates hemodynamic and catecholamine but not BIS responses to laryngoscopy and tracheal intubation in preeclamptic patients undergoing cesarean delivery. However, remifentanil crosses the placenta and may cause mild neonatal depression and thus should be used for clear maternal indications when adequate facilities for neonatal resuscitation are available.

<太平天下>의 판소리 수용양상에 관한 硏究

This study aims at considering an aspect of succession to traditional 'pan-so-ri' mentioned in the novel 'Tae-Pyong-chon-ha'('Peaceful World') written by Chae Man-sik.' He shows novelistic techniques in particular in it by taking a lot of stratifications such as language, characters, narrative and psychological structure. Multistory languages are used from vulgarism, profane language to brand new words of foreign origin of those days in vogue, technical terms. He makes friends with readers by making use of 'formula' which was familiar to them, creating typical figures, describing vividly in a spoken language by acting as reporter in a narrative way. The novelist himself intervenes in the story, which can not be found in realistic western novels, and there is room for draeing readers' attention to his novel. Yun Jik-won. hero of the novel is similar in character to Nolbu who was a through miser only for wealth's sake, furthermore, Mr. Yun was an out-and-out economist who had been re-created suitably and a reasonable manager as well. Chun-sim, Mr.Yun's partner, who is another transformed Bang-ja-type figure, has relation to the old man, Mr.Yun on equal terms, who is a rich landowner, is drawn in a comic style. In terms of function narrative structure in this novel is connected with 'passage-repetion' one which 'pan-so-ri' has and with 'desire-frustration' one from the stand-point of the frame. The author, Chae Man-sik accepted the tradition of 'pan-so-ri' creating novelistic techniques in particular, as a result, it is called that he was the man to take a new turn-creative succession to tradition.

The environment around the police organization is fluctuating in the whirlpool of rapid changes. The national police system keeping the constant status since the establishment of government is in the center of the whirlpool related to the introduction of self-governing police system on the premise of participation and decentralization of authority. While the police had strived for more effective performance of its duties as the national police because of its risk management ability and special condition, so called, the division of Korea into South and North in the past, the high quality service for public order is required because of increasing demands for the activities of police in accordance with the improved levels of culture and awareness of the public. As the crimes have became intelligent, systemized, expanded, aggravated and internationalized, it seems useless to discuss the introduction of self-governing police system. It seems reasonable to maintain the national police system for specialized, unified and effective performance of police activities in order to consolidate the public order. However, there is no reason that the introduction of self-governing police system is obstructed by the changes of criminal patterns. The concerns on self-governing police system can be cleared by assigning the rights to investigate to the police, setting the central criminal investigation agency that is more advanced, specialized and effective and by enabling the self-governing police to maintain the public order suitable for each community. The most critical tasks of the police are to secure the political neutrality, introduce the self-governing system and have the independent rights of investigation. While the political neutrality is formally secured by the installation of police committee and the introduction of fixed term system of police commissioner, the police can't be completely freed from the political neutrality as long as the national police is maintained. Moreover, since the political neutrality is not secured even with the implementation of self-governing police system, it is necessary to prepare the institutional measure to keep the political neutrality. The introduction of self-governing police system becomes the needs of the period that cannot be denied because it becomes a public agenda. The efforts of police to come closer to the residents became generalized in the advanced countries as the Community Policing was already activated in the advanced countries including the US and UK. The self-governing police system will be the essential element for coming closer to the residents like this. The issue that can't be missed related to the introduction of self-governing police system is the independent rights of authority. The prosecutory authority with the indomitable authority of investigation and prosecution definitely infringes the principle of "checks and balances", the principles of democracy. The insistence that the prosecutory authority can't grant the rights of investigation to the police was the justification of qualification of the police and protection of human rights. However, it is needless to say that these justifications can't be applied any longer. It's the time of participation and innovation now. While it is not the time that any organization or individual can't dominate with the impregnable powers, is it the wrong evaluation that the prosecutory authority is generally considered as having so called the omni-potent rights? If the power of police is distributed by converting the national police system to the self-governing police system and the rights of investigation are granted to the police, the power will not be monopolized by the police. The independent rights of investigation of the police and the introduction of self-governing police system have to be discussed in consideration of "checks and balances", the principles of democracy. For more democratic and sound society, we wish the lofty stream of our era, "participation, distribution of power and innovation", penetrates into the prosecutory authority. Moreover, we expect the independent rights of investigation of police and introduction of recommendable self-governing police system would be realized in Korea. 비정질 실리콘 박막 트랜지스터의 제작과 I-V 특성의 수학적인 모델분석

Fabrication and Mathematical Model Analysis of I-V characteristics of hydrogenerated amorphous silicon thin film transistor(a-si:H TFT) is studied and experimentally verified. It was determined that the saturated drain current increased at a fixed gate voltage and the device saturated at increasingly larger drain voltages while the threshold voltages decreased. The results show that the experimental trasfer and output, characteristics at several temperatures are easily modeled. The model is based on three functions obtained from the experimental data of ID versus VG. Theoretical results confirm the simple form of the mode1 in terms of the device geometry.

오가피 추출물이 CoCl2에 의해 유도된 SK-N-MC neuroblastoma cells의 세포자멸사에 미치는 보호효과

연구배경: 오가피는 항스트레스 및 항피로, 항 당뇨, 항산화, 항알러지, 항염증, 항암, 지질 강하 등의 효능이 있다고 보고되고 있다. 저산소증은 조직의 산소분압이 정상이하로 감소하는 것을 의미하며, 암, 뇌졸중, 허혈성 심장질환, 만성 폐질환, 울혈성 심부전 등과 같은 많은 질환들을 발생시키는 병태생리학적 원인이다. 오가피 추출물이 CoCl2 처리로 저산소증을 유도하여 발생하는 신경아세포종 SK-N-MC의 세포자멸사에 미치는 보호효과를 알아보는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구 방법: 본 실험을 위해 인간 신경아세포종 SK-N-MC를 10% fetal bovine serum을 넣은 Dulbecco's Modified Eagle Medium 배양액으로 5% CO2, 95% O2가 공급되는 배양기에서 37℃ 조건으로 배양하였고, 오가피는 3차 증류수에 넣어서 추출하고 농축한 뒤 이것을 동결건조하여 실험에 사용하였다. 오가피 추출물의 전처치가 CoCl2에 의해 유도된 신경아세포종 SK-N-MC의 세포자멸사에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 MTT 분석, 세포의 형태학적 변화와 DNA 분절화 확인, HIF-1α, Bax, Bcl-2의 발현 분석, caspase-3의 활성 분석 등을 실시하였다. 결과: MTT 분석을 실시한 결과 CoCl2 농도에 의존적으로 세포 생존율의 감소가 나타났고, 오가피 추출물 전처치에 의해 세포 생존율의 감소가 농도 의존적으로 억제되는 것으로 나타났다. DAPI 염색, TUNEL 염색, PI 염색을 실시한 결과 CoCl2 처치에 의해 세포자멸사의 형태학적 변화가 나타났고, 오가피 전처치에 의해 세포자멸사의 형태학적 특징이 감소되었다. CoCl2에 의해 나타난 DNA 분절화는 오가피 추출물 전처치에 의해 분절화가 억제되었다. CoCl2에 의해 발현이 증가된 HIF-1α와 Bax는 오가피 추출물 전처치에 의해 농도 의존적으로 발현의 증가가 억제되었다. Bcl-2 발현은 CoCl2 처치에 의해 감소하였으며, 오가피 추출물 전처치에 의해 감소가 억제되었다. Cleaved caspae-3 발현과 caspase-3 활성은 CoCl2 처치에 의해 증가하였으며, 오가피 추출물 전처치에 의해 증가가 억제되었다. 결론: 오가피 추출물의 전처치로 인해 저산소증의 상태를 나타내는 특징들이 줄어들었고, 세포자멸사의 형태학적 변화가 개선되었다. 이는 오가피 추출물이 저산소증의 상태 개선과 저산소증으로 인해 나타날 수 있는 세포자멸사 감소에 도움을 준다는 것을 보여준다. Object: Acanthopanax cortex belongs to Acanthopanax genus, and it has been used as a tonic and sedative agent to treat the patients with rheumatism, diabetes and liver disease for many years. Cobalt chloride(CoCl2) is used to induce hypoxic condition in vitro study. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of Acanthopanax cortex extract on CoCl2-induced apoptosis in human SK-N-MC neuroblastoma cells. Methods: In order to investigate whether Acanthopanax cortex possesses a protective effect on CoCl2-induced cytotoxicity in neuronal cells, MTT (3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide) assay, DAPI(4,6-diamidino-2-phenylindole) staining, TUNEL(terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase-mediated dUTP nick end-labeling) assay, DNA fragmentation assay, flow cytometry, DNA fragmentation assay, and Western blotting were performed on SK-N-MC neuroblastoma cells. Results: Cells treated with CoCl2 exhibited several apoptotic features, while cells pre-treated with Acanthopanax cortex prior to CoCl2 exposure showed a decrease in the occurrence of apoptotic features. CoCl2 increased HIF-1α expression, however, Acanthopanax cortex treatment decreased CoCl2-induced HIF-1α expression. The extract of Acanthopanax cortex treatment suppressed Bax and caspase-3 expressions, and increased Bcl-2 expression in human neuroblastoma SK-N-MC cells. Conclusion: These results suggest that Acanthopanax cortex may exert a protective effect on CoCl2-induced apoptosis in SK-N-MC neuroblastoma cells.
