      • 프로그래밍 수업에서 Block Scheduling 수업이 학업성취도와 학습 흥미도에 미치는 영향

        The success or failure of the school education system depends on the teachers’ quality of instruction. Their effective guidance literally determines the students' outcomes. Even if the same course syllabus is utilized, different teachers' approaches will create varied achievement levels within the class. There must be innovative research and development efforts to revolutionize and change the school curriculum for the better. The purpose of this research study in Block Scheduling classes is to establish a new, practical curriculum program. We hoped that a change in class periods, even just a change in thinking, has ultimately raised the academic achievement levels of the vocational school classes. With the different schedule, there may be greater interest in learning. Regardless, we are concerned about any progressive, relevant improvements which may have resulted during this one semester. In this study, we created two experimental groups and applied the blocking schedule. Additionally, at the same grade levels, we created two control groups with the original shorter class periods. Before the separation into experimental and control, we tested the students to make sure their academic standards were similar, so that accurate comparative results could be understood. As to the outcomes of this educational experiment, students' interest levels increased, but no significant improvement in their academic achievement was found. The test results were objectively analyzed by t-Verification. 학교 교육의 성패는 교사들의 수업에 의해 좌우된다고 해도 과언이 아니다. 같은 내용이라 하더라도 다양한 교수 학습 방법을 어떻게 활용하느냐에 따라 수업의 효과는 전혀 달리 나타날 수 있다. 학교 교실 수업을 혁신적으로 바꿔주기 위하여 각 교과에 맞는 교수 학습 방법을 연구하고 그에 따른 자료를 개발해 주는 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구의 목적은 한 학기 동안 전문계 고등학교의 프로그래밍 실무 수업에서 Block Scheduling 수업이 학업성취도와 학습흥미도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 알아보고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 Block Scheduling 수업을 적용한 두 개의 실험집단과 동일 수준의 일반 지연간격을 둔 수업을 적용한 두 개의 통제집단에 대해서 사전 검사로 동질성 검사를 실시하였고, 사후 학업성취도 평가를 실시하여 t-검증으로 결과를 분석하였다. 그 결과 Block Scheduling 수업이 학업성취도에서는 유의미한 차이가 없었으나 학습흥미도에 있어서는 긍정적인 효과가 있음이 검증되었다.

        Since the reform and opening up in 1987, the policy of infant education and the management system have undergone great changes during the process of transition to a market economy. The central government revoked the management agency of infant education, and no longer supplied the fund for the construction and development. Furthermore, this responsibility is assigned to the local government. At the same time, under the policy support that the education agency encourage multi-bodies to establish the kindergarten, the local government starts to develop the infant education managed by the private. Therefore, the infant education is fully given to the market without any financial support from government. On the other hand, there is serious imbalance of economic development among the Eastern, Middle, and Western parts in China. Due to the administrative setup of city and countryside, the infant education has serious inequality of enrollment and education quality. The specific consequences are listed as follows: (1) the shortage of public infant’s school and fierce competition result in difficulty of enrolment; (2) there is shortage and inequitable distribution of government investment in early childhood education; (3) there is a big gap development for infant education between urban and village, and (4) regional uneven development. The infant education is the basis of the whole education system. It is investigated that the role of infant education is not inferior to compulsory and higher education. It is the necessary requirement for democracy to implement equal opportunity of infant education. At the same time, it also captures the essence of the socialist countries. However, since China is a rather huge country and has non-synchronized economic development, it cannot play a good effect if the government adopts same policies and measures. Therefore, it is very meaningful to grasp the specific situation of infant education, which can be helpful for solving the problem. This research is based on hot topic of infant education from the National People’s Congress and Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conferences. According to the administrative division of China, the prerequisite differences of infant education are studied among urban, county towns and villages. From the macro-viewpoint, the development gap of infant education is investigated. This thesis can supply a scientific basis for the guidance and planning of infant education.
