        This paper intends to diagnose fault by analyzing frequency of sound signal occurring in engine, using ordinary software sound that one of low-price trouble diagnosis system adopted in real time monitoring system for automatic vessel. This experiment regards as defect condition by control at its option suction·exhaust tappet clearance as a method to simulate fault and then compares after collecting engine sound while normal and abnormal. Engine sound signal is analysed by FFT frequency spectrum. The results show that engine sound had the most energy source in the frequency around 2000Hz in common each stroke. And according to RPM increasing, above the 4000Hz sound is shown higher than around the 2000Hz sound. In case of normal and abnormal condition, engine sound makes a clear distinction in the frequency area of above the 4000Hz.

        According to the nations and times the rate of social development appears differently Repeatedly, the social situations of nations and times as far as human desire is concerned with real estate is apt to be changed. In order to satisfy arid support these several human desires for real estate we always have to observe the real estate phenomenon. These kinds of our efforts appear through real estate actions which are the multiple studies centered on real estate science and real works regarding real estate industry. And classifying real estate actions we have been trying to solve real estate problems. However classifying real estate actions can' t be defined simply and clearly. In order to understand this, we should know the character of real estate and treat real estate problems with attitude of treating it like science and practical works of real estate. The direction of our pursuing real estate development is in harmony with nature and in also cultural development which is focusing on social environment. The treatment of the way and desire for real estate seems to be different from that of before. However special field which treat and study these kinds of problems drop out of line, and the present approach to solve these problems show very simple. This is the part in which we can find the reason why problems of our real estate don' t have the solutions. Firstly, because of this situation I insist that the science of real estate should practice "The principle of selling real estate". In the science which studies the actions and phenomenon of real estate, making real estate work more efficiently is one of duties. Through theorizing or justifying brokerage, estimating or managing the real estate industry, in every duties of science and industry, are not thought to be fulfilled. Science of real estate should be carried out actively according to real estate environment because today. the real estate is going to develop multiply. Consequently, present society is asking to create the value of use more efficiently. Therefore future science of real estate have to keep eyes on actions and phenomenon of real estate and go forward to establish the practical theory in present society. This can be the important effort for protecting and rearing domestic industry against opening our country to foreign intercourse. Secondly, in the field of selling real estate self-control efforts are asked. On the direction of specializing of selling real estate, as a self-control way, establishing "Assembly of specializing" educate expert, gradually raising quality and works systematically. As a model of assembly which is expected to be promoted. "American Assembly of Realestatic Expert" and the way of issuing license was introduced. By the way. the most important thing to be done is to find the ways not to lose social confidence in entire real estate industry. Thirdly, enable to accomplish these efforts, support of administration is asked. This can give opportunities for preventing the government from wasting labor of administration and give new approaches to vision for solving the expected real estate problem. Moreover, we should organize the several samples of proceeding of real estate development works which has invested a huge amount of social capital in order to develop the dropped skill of real estate. Finally, these all are needed to be approached by administration in order to help the power of internal competition. As we looked on the historic example of real estate theory. classifying of real estate actions is on the way of being changed gradually. According to the request of this age specializing of selling real estate is reasonable. I confirm that this will cause the effects which develop one step further socially the vision toward real estate and give chance to approach to solving problem of real estate from new point of view. Additionally this is the way of real estate science to react toward the social change and make effects which accept the social desire naturally with helping the action of real estate prosperity. The fame of real estate industry spotted by all kinds of investment should be recovered by the creative idea of expert from unreasonable ideas which are real estate industry brokerage and investment. On the base of social confidence the science and real estate industry can be developed together. Lastly, for settling down the problem of using and of several real estate development, autogenesis of real estate should be specialized. And then accumulating the know-how regarding social and national real estate developments are needed. I again point out that for getting results. concerning and administration, science and industry are needed. I want to finish this study paper with this caution, which is difficult to solve every real estate problems through the magnifier of some real estate industry. Now it is the time for us to think complexly the effects of newly growing tree in the forest toward entire forest.
