TRIZ기법의 진로탐색프로그램이 저소득층 청소년의 진로장벽과 진로결정자기효능감에 미치는 효과

본 연구의 목적은 TRIZ기법의 진로탐색프로그램이 저소득층 청소년의 진로장벽과 진로결정자기효능감에 미치는 효과를 알아보는 것이다. TRIZ기법의 진로탐색프로그램은 진로발달이론과 창의성 교육이론을 TRIZ기법에 적용하여 구성되었다. 본 프로그램은 국내 TRIZ전문가, 프로그램 현장전문가, 진로전문가와의 자문을 통해 최종 프로그램을 구성되었다. 연구의 대상은 경남 C시에 소재한 B중학교 저소득층 중학교 2학년 학생들이다. 실시기간은 2013년 7월 22일부터 26일까지였으며, 실험집단을 대상으로 총 10회기를 회기별 50분씩 매일 2회기를 진행하였다. 조사방법은 척도지를 사용하였다. 종속변인은 진로장벽과 진로결정자기효능감이다. 통계처리는 SPSS for windows 12.0을 사용하여 실험집단과 통제집단의 사전 동질성 검사 및 사후결과 점수 비교는 두 독립표본 t-검증을 실시하였으며, 실험집단의 사전사후 비교는 대응표본 t-검증을 실시하였다. 실험집단과 통제집단의 사전 동질성이 확보되지 않은 영역은 공분산분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구에서 얻어진 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, TRIZ기법의 진로탐색프로그램에 참여한 실험집단은 통제집단 보다 진로장벽 전체 사후점수와 하위요인 미래에 대한 불확실성, 성역할 갈등 및 성차별, 자신감 부족, 중요한 타인과의 갈등이 통계적으로 유의하게 감소하였다. 둘째, TRIZ기법의 진로탐색프로그램에 참여한 실험집단은 진로장벽 전체와 모든 하위요인에서 사후점수가 사전점수보다 통계적으로 유의하게 감소하였다. 셋째, TRIZ기법의 진로탐색프로그램에 참여한 실험집단은 통제집단 보다 진로 결정자기효능감 전체 사후점수와 하위요인 직업정보, 문제해결, 미래계획이 통계적으로 유의하게 증가하였다. 넷째, TRIZ기법의 진로탐색프로그램에 참여한 실험집단은 진로결정자기효능감 전체와 모든 하위요인에서 사후점수가 사전점수보다 통계적으로 유의하게 증가하였다. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of TRIZ Career Exploration Program on Career Barriers and Career Decision-Making Self-Efficiency of Youth from Low income Household. The program was composed of consultation expert of TRIZ, expert of the programming, with experts of career development. This study class consisted of 10 students in the experimental group and 10 students in the control group from 2 classes selected from the 2nd grade class of A middle school located in C city, Gyeongsangnam-do. This program consisted of total 10 sessions and was administered 50 minutes for a session per twice sessions every day during the program from July 22 to 26. The test instruments used in this study. Dependent variables are Career Barriers and Career Decision-Making Self-Efficiency. The data was submitted to SPSS/Windows 12.0 for the t-test before and after this program, paired-t-test was used to compare pre-result and post-result of experimental group. The results of this study were as follows : First, after this program, the Career Barriers overall score, uncertainty about the future, gender role conflict & gender discrimination, lack of confidence and conflict with significant others scores of the experimental group statistically significantly decreased as comparing with the controled group. Second, the experimental group's before and after score of Career Barriers overall and all sub-factors indicates a statistically significantly different. Third, after this program, Career Decision-Making Self-Efficiency overall score, career information, troubleshooting and future plans scores of the experimental group statistically significantly increased as comparing with the controled group. Fourth, the experimental group's before and after score of Career Decision-Making Self-Efficiency overall and all sub-factors indicates a statistically significantly different.
