This thesis is based on the poems of Victor Hugo by Franz Liszt (1811-1886) in my master's graduation performance program: S'il est un charmant gazon (If there is a charming meadow), "Comment, disaient-ils“ (“how to” they say), Enfant, si j'éais Roi (if I were a king), Oh! quand je dors (oh, When I fall asleep) and Sergei Vasil'evich Rakhmaninov (1873-1943) О, долго буду я, в молчаньи (Oh, for a long time, in the silence of that mysterious night), Не пой, красавица, при мне (don't sing for me, beautiful beauty), Здесь хорошо (I love it here), Ещнё в полях (Spring flood) the characteristics and composition of each song were examined. Franz Liszt (1899-8289) was a pianist and composer who composed about 80 songs. Most of the songs were composed in German poems, but he also composed poetry written in various languages such as Italian, French, Hungarian, and English. Four of the French songs on the list are <S'il est un charmant gazon (if there is a charming meadow)>, <Comment, disaient-ils (“how to” they say)>, <Enfant, si j'éais Roi (if I were a king)>, <Oh! quad je dors (oh, when I fell asleep)>. All four songs have the theme of 'love' and are songs that show the characteristics of Liszt as a pianist and Hugo's beautiful poems and Liszt's lyrical melody are in harmony. Rachmaninov was a Russian composer and pianist. He did not follow the prevailing nationalist music trend in Russia at the time, but, like Pyort Ilyich Tchaikovsky (1840-1893), adhered to music as a late Romantic composer. In <6 романсов Op.4> (Six Romances), No.3 songs <О, долго буду я, в молчаньи ночи тайной (Oh, for a long time, in the silence of that mysterious night)> and No.4 songs < Не пой, красавица, при мне (Don't Sing For Me, Beautiful Beauty)> and <12 романсов Op.21> (12 Romance), No.7 <Здесь хорошо (I love this one)> Op.14 (12 Romance), 11th <Ещё в полях белеет снег (Spring Flood)>. This thesis deals with the above mentioned 4 songs composed by Russian poets. It is a work that stands out for its harmonic progression and the characteristics of a pianist Rachmaninoff, which is a good representation of post-Romanticism. 본 논문은 필자의 석사과정 졸업연주 프로그램 중, 프란츠 리스트(Franz Liszt, 1811-1886)가 Victor Hugo의 시로 작곡한 4개의 가곡 “S’il est un charmant gazon”(매혹적인 풀밭이 있다면), “Comment, disaient-ils”(어떻게하면, 그들이말하네), “Enfant, si j’éais Roi”(내가 만약 왕이라면), “Oh! quand je dors”(오! 내가 잠이 들었을 때)과 세르게이 라흐마니노프(Sergei Vasil’evich Rakhmaninov, 1873-1943)의 <6 романсов Op.4;No.3>“О, долго буду я, в молчаньи ночи тайной”(오, 오래도록 나는, 그 신비한 밤의 침묵 속에서), <6 романсов Op.4;No.4> “Не пой, красавица, при мне”(나를 위해 노래하지마, 아름다운 미녀여), <12 романсов Op.21;No.7>“Здесь хорошо”(여긴 너무 좋아요), <12 романсов Op.14;No.11>“Ещё в полях белеет снег”(봄의 홍수)을 중심으로 각 곡의 특징 및 구성을 살펴보았다. 프란츠 리스트 (Franz Liszt, 1899-8289)는 피아니스트이자 작곡가로 80여개에 달하는 가곡을 작곡하였다. 가곡들은 대부분이 독일어로 된 시로 작곡되었지만 그 외에도 이탈리아어, 프랑스어, 헝가리어, 영어등 다양한 언어로 쓰여진 시에도 작곡을 하였는데 본 논문에서는 그중에서 빅토르 위고 (Victor Hugo, 1802-1885)의 시로 만든 6개의 가곡 중 4개의 가곡을 연구하였다. 이 곡들은 프랑스어로 작곡되었으며 4곡 모두 ‘사랑’을 주제로 하고 있다. 피아노 반주부의 확장과 유려한 선율, 극적인 곡의 형식등은 당대 최고의 작곡가이자 피아니스트이었던 리스트의 음악적 특징을 잘 나타내고 있는 곡들로서 빅토르 위고의 아름다운 시와 리스트의 서정적인 선율이 조화를 이룬 작품이다. 라흐마니노프는 러시아의 작곡가이자 피아니스트로 그는 당시 러시아에서 지배적이던 민족주의 음악의 흐름을 따르지 선율이 매우 서정적이고 아름다운 불협음을 최소화한 음악을 고수하였다. <6 романсов Op.4>(6개의 로망스들)에서 아파나시 페트(Afanasy Afanasyevich Fet, 1820-1892)의 시로 작곡한 No.3곡 “О, долго буду я, в молчаньи ночи тайной”(오, 오래도록 나는, 그 신비한 밤의 침묵 속에서)와 알렉산드르 푸시킨(Aleksandr Sergeevich Pushkin, 1799-1837)의 시로 작곡한 No.4곡 “Не пой, красавица, при мне”(나를 위해 노래하지마, 아름다운 미녀여), <12 романсов Op.21>(12개의 로망스들)에서 글라피라 아돌포브나 갈리나(Glafira Adol'fovna Galina, 1870-1942)의 시로 작곡된 No.7곡 “Здесь хорошо”(여긴 너무 좋아요)와 <12 романсов Op.14>(12개의 로망스들)에서 표도르 이바노비치 튜체프(Fyodor Ivanovich Tyutchev, 1803-1873)의 시로 작곡한 No.11곡 “Ещё в полях белеет снег” (봄의 홍수) 이렇게 총 4곡을 다루었다. 낭만주의적 화성진행과 확장된 전, 후주 그리고 낮은 음역과 높은 음역을 아우르는 넓게 펼쳐진 선율의 사용 등은 후기 낭만주의를 대표하는 작곡가이자 지휘자이자 피아니스트였던 라흐마니노프의 음악적 특징이 두드러지는 작품이다. 이렇게 총 8곡의 작품을 각 곡의 형식과 구성을 살펴본 후 시와 시의 해석을 분석하고 악보를 심층적으로 실제적 연주에 도움이 되도록 연구하였다.

벤처펀드의 잔여 존속기간이 벤처캐피탈의 조기업적과시효과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

본 연구는 2018년 1월부터 2022년 12월까지의 기간에 벤처캐피탈의 투자를 받은 코스닥 상장 기업 65개를 연구 표본으로 벤처캐피탈이 운용하는 벤처 펀드의 존속기간 만기 시점과 조기업적과시효과의 상관관계를 확인하기 위해 신규 공모주를 저가 발행하는지 분석하였다. 연구 결과 벤처펀드의 잔여 존속기간과 조기업적과시효과의 상관관계는 발견하지 못하였다. 사모펀드인 벤처펀드 특성상 제3자가 연구에 활용할 수 있는 표본 데이터를 확보하는 것이 매우 제한적이었으며 확보한 표본에서도 선택 오류(Seleciton bias) 가능성이 존재한다. 표본을 충분히 확보했다면 결과는 다를 수 있었을 것이다. 다만 기존에 벤처펀드의 잔여 존속기간과 조기업적과시효과의 관계에 주목했던 선행연구는 없었기에 의미 있는 연구라고 생각한다. 벤처펀드의 만기는 벤처캐피탈에 있어 투자금 회수 후 신규 투자 여력 확보라는 순환구조 형성에 매우 중요하게 작용하는 요인으로 추후 지속적인 연구가 필요한 분야이다. 국내 상장기업의 상세 정보가 정형화되어 공개되고 외국과 같이 사모펀드 정보에 대한 접근성이 확보되어 추후에는 벤처 펀드의 만기 시점과 조기업적과시효과의 상관관계에 대한 통계적 유의성을 확인할 수 있길 기대해 본다. This study analyzed whether new public offering shares were issued at low prices to confirm the correlation between the remaining term of the venture fund and the grandstanding based on 65 KOSDAQ-listed companies that secured venture capital investment from January 2018 to December 2022. From the study, the correlation between the remaining term of the venture fund and the grandstanding was not founded. The acquisition of sample data for the study was very limited due to the nature of venture fund as most of which are private equity fund, and there is possibility of selection bias in the acquired samples. The result of the study would be varied if enough research samples were acquired. However, this study is meaningful as there was no existing study that focused on the relationship between the remaining term of venture fund and the grandstanding. The venture fund maturity is a critical factor in the formation of the circular structure of securing new investment capacity after recovering investments for venture capital, which requires continuous research in the future. We look forward that the statistical significance of the correlation between the remaning term of venture fund and the grandstanding could be confirmed in the future from the disclosure of formalized information of domestic listed companies and ensurance of access to private equity fund information as in foreign countries.
