구미 중소기업들의 표면분석 사례 연구 : 구미전자정보기술원 사례를 중심으로

Research on the surface analysis of small and medium companies in Gumi -Focused on the cases of Gumi Electronics & Information Technology Research Institute- Jae Chul Kwon Department of Advanced Materials Engineering, Graduate School of Industry Kumoh National Institute of Technology Abstract Gumi, Gyeongsangbuk-do, is a center of electronics and information industry that accounted for 10%(30.5billion USD) of entire nationwide exports, 25%(28.6billion USD) of nationwide digital electronics industry exports, 80% of exports from Gyeongbuk, and also 118% of a nationwide trade surplus at the year of 2006. Gumi takes a critical role not only in Gyeongbuk/Gumi but in national economy, and Gumi is a module production complex which technology is world-class, at the same time it is the greatest integrated area of companies belonging to display, mobile components and materials industry. Among all others, the surface analysis field is highly associated with the credibility of production and quality so it is root sector of nation's science and technology that can reform the import-inductive domestic structure of production owing to the out of date technology in components and materials. The surface analysis field is a decisive part that determines the global competitiveness of all components and products when it comes to the mobile, display, components and materials industries which are Gumi's strategic industries and future's leading industries such as green energy, robot, aerospace industries to say nothing of advanced materials, nano, automobile, defense industries. And the importance of the surface analysis is growing bigger. In Gumi, because there are no classified practical data on the surface analysis technology of small and medium companies, it is true that the technological level and hold-ups of small and medium companies can be hardly assessed. Therefore this study focused on finding problems by analyzing the local cases related to the most frequently used surface analysis in Gumi's small and medium companies with practical examples and data from Gumi Electronics & Information Technology Research Institute. To achieve our objective we have investigated the major local companies' cases using 533 surface analysis cases from Gumi Electronics & Information Technology Research Institute which is the major business supportive institute in Gumi and some technical advice instances. The instruments for the surface analysis were FE-SEM, FT-IR, SPM, XRD, XRF, and Confocal electric microscope. Users commissioned the analysis mainly for research & development, analyzing the inferiority, process restructuring. Sorted by industrial sectors, dominant sectors are display, mobile, electronic components sectors which are Gumi's specialized industries. Components and materials, filters, textile and other industries follow. What we can derive from these case analysis are as followings. Firstly, by assessing the surface analysis technology in Gumi we can considerably reduce the concerns about the error rate and supplier's claim when related small and medium companies develop products and churn out. Secondly, it will be easier to prevent likely problems in advance by acquiring the major technical hindrances of the surface analysis. Finally, It can be used to be the basic material for establishing local policy by gathering the present condition data related to the surface analysis of Gumi, the greatest integrated area of electronics and information industry in Korea.

노동쟁의 조정성립에 영향을 미치는 요인들에 대한 실증연구

노동쟁의 조정성립에 영향을 미치는 요인들에 대한 실증연구 제 출 자 : 권 재 철 지도교수 : 김 동 원 87년 이후 우리나라 노사관계는 대립적 관행을 반복하였으며, 국가 경쟁력 약화요인으로 작용해 왔다. 이러한 한계를 극복하고 생산적 노사관계로 발전하기 위해서는 노사분쟁을 사전예방하고 이를 효과적으로 해결하는 노력이 선행되어야 한다. 이러한 차원에서 노동쟁의의 발생 원인과 효율적 해결방안에 대한 실증적 연구가 뒷받침되어야 한다. 본 연구는 노동위원회 조정과정에 초점을 맞추어 노동쟁의 원인과 조정성립에 미치는 영향을 실증 분석하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 본 연구는 노동쟁의 원인을 분석하는데 있어 두 가지 변수를 설정한다. 첫째는 교섭과정에서 노사 당사자들의 협상행동 전반에 영향을 미치는 환경변수이다. 둘째는 노사 당사자들의 협상과정 변수이다. 환경변수는 교섭 쟁점, 노사관계 분위기, 교섭관행, 경영상황, 노사 리더십과 교섭력, 노사 대화정도 등을 포함한다. 각 세부변수별로 쟁의 발생 및 조정성립에 영향을 미친다. 협상 과정변수는 상대방의 주장 및 교섭력 이해정도, 감정적 갈등 존재 등의 세부변수를 포함한다. 이러한 변수들은 협상과정에서 노사 당사자들의 협상행동에 중요한 영향을 미치면서 조정성립에도 변수로 작용한다. 본 연구의 목적은 노사 협상환경 변수와 협상과정 변수가 조정성립에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지를 실증분석 하는데 있다. 연구방법은 설문조사 방법을 채택하였다. 설문조사는 2005년도 전국 지방노동위원회에 조정신청이 접수된 사업장을 대상으로 실제 조정업무를 담당했던 심사관들에게 조사가 이루어졌다. 설문조사 결과, 조정신청을 한 797개 사업장 중에 218개 사업장의 조정사건 관련 설문지가 회수되었다. 설문조사를 토대로 실증분석을 한 결과, 조정성립에 영향을 미치는 노사 협상환경 변수는 노사관계 분위기, 경영상황, 종업원 규모, 필수공익 사업장 여부 등으로 나타났다. 또한 노사 협상과정 변수는 상대방 주장 및 교섭력 이해 정도, 감정적 대립 존재가 유의미한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 먼저, 노사관계 분위기가 좋은 사업장에서 조정성립이 잘되는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 노사관계가 협력적일수록 대화를 통한 노사협상 타결이 잘되고 있음을 보여준다. 또한, 경영상황이 좋을 경우 조정성립이 잘되는 것으로 나타났는데, 이는 경영상황이 호전될 때 노사협상을 대화와 타협으로 해결하는 것이 더 쉽다는 것을 의미한다. 필수공익 사업장의 경우 조정성립이 잘되는 것으로 나타났는데, 이는 필수공익 사업장은 조정결렬시 노동위원회의 직권중재가 가능하기 때문에 조정과정에서 타협점을 찾으려는 경향이 강하게 나타나는 것으로 해석된다. 노사협상 과정을 보면, 상대방의 주장을 잘 이해하고 있을 때 조정성립이 잘 되는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 노사협상을 대화와 타협으로 해결하기 위해서는 상대방의 주장을 정확하게 이해하는 것이 중요하다는 것을 보여준다. 상대방의 교섭력을 제대로 판단하지 못해도 조정이 성립되는 경우가 많다는 결과가 나왔는데, 이는 교섭력을 제대로 판단하느냐 보다 대화와 타협을 위한 협상태도가 중요함을 말해주고 있다. 감정대립이 존재할 경우 조정성립이 잘 안되는 것으로 나타났는데, 이는 감정대립이 노사분쟁을 대화와 타협으로 해결하는데 중요한 장애물이 될 수 있음을 보여준다. 본 연구에서는 분석결과를 통하여 노사협상을 대화와 타협으로 해결하기 위한 몇 가지 과제를 제시하고자 한다. 노사협상이 저비용 교섭구조로 진행될 수 있기 위해서는 i) 평소에 협력적인 노사관계 분위기 조성 노력이 필요, ii) 협상 상대방의 주장을 정확하게 파악하고 이해하려는 교섭태도, iii) 노사간의 감정대립을 최소화해야 한다는 것이다. 아울러 본 연구에서는 노사협상비용 최소화를 위한 정부의 역할과 제도개선 과제를 제시하고 있다. 대기업노조의 경우 실력행사 위주의 교섭관행이 강한 결과 대화를 통한 분쟁해결이 잘 안되고 있는데, 정부의 적극적이고 체계적인 분쟁해결 지원노력이 더 요구된다는 것이다

To leaners who live in an information-oriented society, they need an ability that they can choose and apply themselves among a lot of information. Constructivism is a theory of education that makes organized information on what they need to learn with the central figure. In a subject of mathematics, for teach-study based on Constructivism, this report introduces its concept and theoretical background, and many types of Constructivism. This report indicates the role of mathematic taught in mathematics class. Through a teaching plan of teach-study based on Constructivism in mathematics class, I present many kinds of methods - group activities, an epilogue etc - a teacher makes students participate in mathematics class positively. Also it presents the roles of teachers and students for constructive study. First, the teacher should be not deliver knowledge and information but be an advisor of the study curriculum. Second, the teacher should make up a practice form that is suitable to the method of students' mathematics study. Third, with the teachers effort, the students should be people who solve problems for themselves in a real class. By introducing Constructivism to mathematics, I hope this report will be a little help Teachers teach students mathematics directly in the classroom in a positive manner.
