There are many differences in the studies on the formation period of talus and block stream that have developed in South Korea, anmely, present talus, old talus, present block stream, old black stream and so or. I have examined a process of the development on talus slope closely that has centered around the times of the supply of talus slope deposits. Having talus slope in Ssangkok-ri with the subject of investigation in this thesis, as a result of the study I have reached the following conclusions ① The weather of dead cliff face has made great progress and has been covered with vegetation. ② The weathering pits in the surface of the rock of talus slope has highly developed. ③ Talus slope has almost been covered with vegetation. ④ When I have examined the cach landform that has been found out in this region, The present river terrace deposits has been supplied in the early Wu¨rm glacial stage and making terrace has been made progress in interstadial in the course of Wu¨rm glacial stage, The present talus slope deposits has been supplied in the late Wu¨rm. The existing talus slope rock is eing moved again. Talus slope is not generating as the cliff in present enviroments falls back.

인력관리 정보 시스템의 설계와 개발에 관하여 논하였다. 이 시스템은 경영층에게 인력관리 정보를 효율적으로 제공하는 기능을 가지며, 이러한 정보를 수집, 저장 및 전달하는데 필요한 기능들과 고려해야 할 특성들에 대하여 구체적으로 설명 하였다. - 저장된 정보의 보호와 개인의 Privacy를 보장하기 위하여 data encrytion 되었고, File 구성은 Record를 Sequential또는 Random하게 선택할 수 있게 함으로 서 입력, 수정, 조회를 보다 빨리 할 수 있게 한다. - 컴퓨터 전문지식이 없는 사람이 자료 입력과 조회시에 발생 할 수 있는 문제들을 인간공학적인면을 고려하여 설계에 반영 하였다. 또한 많은 시간이 소요되는 각종양식의 작성, 수정, 변경등을 위하여 VAX-11 Form Management System(FMS)을 이용 하므로서 이 양식들의 관리를 용이하게 했다. In this paper the design and implementation of an information system for human resources management is described. The purpose of the development of the system is to provide the management with adequate information on man-power status. It identifies the various neccessary functions and discusses considerations to implement the needed functions for an successful system. A method of data encryption is adapted for the protection of the sensitive data to secure the privacy of each individual. The system uses two kinds of file strucure, sequential and random, to manilpuate the records efficiently. Man-machine interface is so designed that the casual users without specialized knowledge of computer retrieve information with ease. It also utilized VAX-11 Form Management System (FMS) to build and maintain the various forms to save tedious work and time.

인천경제자유구역 송도지구와 남동공단의 클러스터를 통한 발전방안 연구

A business cluster is a geographic concentration of interconnected businesses, suppliers, and associated institutions in a particular field. Clusters are considered to increase the productivity with which companies can compete, nationally and globally. This term industry cluster, also known as a business cluster, competitive cluster, was introduced and the term cluster popularized by Michael Porter in The Competitive Advantage of Nations (1990). Cluster development has become a focus for many government programs. Michael Porter claims that clusters have the potential to affect competition in three ways: by increasing the productivity of the companies in the cluster, by driving innovation in the field, by stimulating new businesses in the field. The Free Economic Zone (FEZ) is a self-contained living and business district featuring air and sea transportation, logistics complex, international business center, financial services, residences, schools and hospitals, shopping and entertainment. The Incheon Free Economic Zone (IFEZ): Songdo Area, Yeongjong Area, and Cheongna Area were designated as Korea’s first Free Economic Zone in August 2003. Songdo International City: a Mecca for international business and high-tech industry. The Namdong Industrial Complex, which has been established for small-to medium-sized companies and is the largest industrial complex in Korea. However Namdong Industrial Complex is sluggish in its development and is required new impetence from outside. Namdong Industrial Complex and Songdo have every element for successful clusterization. Central and local government should focus on clusterizing Sondo's high-tech industry and Namdong Industrial Complex. 최근 전 세계가 교통과 통신의 발달로 세계화가 가속화 되면서 국경의 틀이 없어지고 자본의 이동이 자유로운 상태가 됨으로써 기업 간의 국제적인 교역을 가능하게 하였다. 다국적기업들은 이윤추구를 위해 중장기적으로 막대한 투자를 하게 되었고, 이 과정에서 다국적기업들은 국제적으로 투자하기 좋은 환경으로 자본을 이동하기 시작했다. 이러한 흐름 속에서 세계화·정보화·지방화의 시대를 맞아 세계최고의 IT인프라를 갖춘 동북아 IT 경제활동의 중심지로 발돋움 하고자 하는 인천시는 인천경제자유구역을 조성 중에 있다. 이에 대한 계획을 보다 효과적으로 성공시키기 위해 인천 산업의 중심적 지위를 차지하고 있으며 인천경제자유구역과 지리적으로도 가까운 남동공단과 산업 클러스터를 접목 할 필요성이 있다. 클러스터는 경쟁기업과 부품소재 등의 기업과 대학연구기관, 법률 및 회계 등 지원기관이 특정 지역에 모여 네트워크를 구축하여 새로운 혁신을 이루는 집합체로 정의할 수 있다. 점점 빠르게 변화하는 환경에 국제 경쟁에서 생존하기 위한 신지식 산업의 창출과 새로운 부가가치생성에 있어서 남동공단은 한계점이 있은 것은 분명하지만, 여전히 9개 산업단지 중 생산, 수출을 50%나 차지할 정도로 여전히 산업의 중심적 지위를 차지하고 있다. 송도와 남동공단은 지리적으로 근접할 뿐만 아니라 수도권을 배후도시로 하는 매우 수준 높은 고객 및 시장 니즈를 가지고 있어 클러스터의 요소조건으로 볼 때 매우 적합한 환경을 형성하고 있다. 특히 송도 신도시 테크노 파크 등 첨단 산업 단지 개발로 신산업 수요가 창출되고 지리적으로 인접한 중국과 러시아 경제 성장률이 크게 상승하면서 그러한 가능성은 더욱 커졌다. 따라서 이 연구의 목적은 많은 이점을 갖고 있지만 산업 구조의 변화로 인해 한계면에 부딪히게 된 남동공단과 지식 정보 산업 단지인 송도와의 클러스터를 통한 방안연구를 통해 남동공단 내 기존 제조업의 생산성을 제고시킴으로써 산업구조 고도화를 이루는 것은 물론 인천지역 내 지식 기반제조업을 보다 육성하여 입주업체 경쟁력을 향상시켜 산업단지의 활성화를 통해 지역 경제에 시너지효과를 일으켜 경쟁력을 높일 수 있는 방안을 모색해 보는 것에 있다.
