21세기는 과거 세기와는 다른 새로운 정신적 패러다임이 요청되는 세기라고 말한다. 물론 그와 같은 새로운 정신의 요청은 하나님의 섭리로 볼 때 하나님의 새로운 시대경륜이라고 할 수 있다. 하나님은 늘 새로운 시대경륜으로 섭리를 진전시키기 때문이다. 하나님의 새로운 시대경륜에 의한 섭리에 그 누구보다도 먼저 무한 책임으로 응답하고자 하는 세계평화통일가정연합은 하나님의 뜻 완성과 그 성취에 대한 소명을 분명히 하고 그에 헌신하고자 한다. 그렇기 때문에 세계평화통일가정연합은 21세기를 향한 하나님의 섭리와 새로운 시대경륜을 계시한 하나님의 뜻에 주목한다. 본 연구는 21세기를 향한 하나님의 새로운 시대경륜을 훈독가정교회라고 인식하고 훈독가정교회가 세계평화통일가정연합의 비전인 천주평화통일국(천일국) 건설을 위한 기초공동체로서 그 사명을 다하는 것이 하나님의 마지막 섭리임을 고백한다. 오늘을 하나님의 섭리 일선에서 살고 있는 사람이라면 훈독가정교회가 어떻게하면 하나님의 섭리에 맞춰 책임을 완수할 수 있느냐 하는 시대적 물음에 직면하게 된다. 그러한 질문에 대한 하나의 답으로서 훈독가정교회는 훈독가정교회운동으로 이루어져야 한다는 것이다. 훈독가정교회가 하나님의 섭리적 본질이라면 훈독가정 교회운동은 그 책임적 과정을 의미하기 때문이다. 21세기는 그 어느 때보다도 과정을 중요시하는 정신의 시대라는 것을 주목해야 한다. 하나님의 새로운 시대경륜에 의한 천일국 건설의 섭리도 그 과정을 도외시하고 목적에만 함몰시키면 섭리는 또 다시 연장될 수밖에 없게 된다. 그러므로 훈독 가정교회도 훈독가정교회운동이라고 하는 과정에 충실함으로써만 천일국의 기초공동체를 이루고 그를 터전으로 천일국을 완성할 수 있다는 것을 유념해야 한다. 훈독가정교회를 향한 하나님의 뜻이 창조의 원리를 바탕으로 한 3대축복의 완성에 있다고 한다면 훈독가정교회운동은 타락으로 인한 복귀의 원리 곧 재창조의 원리를 토대로 한 3대축복의 복귀 곧 3대구원의 완성이라고 할 수 있다. 3대구원이란 개인구원, 가정구원 그리고 사회구원을 말한다. 이러한 3대구원은 현재를 살고 있는 세계평화통일가정연합의 구성원에게 즉각적이며 책임적인 응답을 요구하고 있기 때문에 훈독가정교회운동에 대한 구체적인 과정의 연구가 필요한 것이다. 이를 위해서 개인에 대한 실존으로부터 하나님나라의 실현에 이르기까지 치밀한 계획에 의한 교육과 실천의 단계적 프로그램이 만들어져야 한다. 교육프로그램의 핵심적 내용은 먼저 하나님의 창조이상을 중심한 신관, 인간관, 세계관 및 역사관에 대한 이해를 도와야 하는데 무엇보다 창조원리에 의한 인간 이해를 명확하게 하는 것이 중요하다. 원리에 의하면 인간이 완성하여 하나님과 일체 곧 신인애일체이상(神人愛一體)을 이루면 하나님의 신성(심정, 로고스, 창조성 등)을 상속받게 된다. 그렇게 되면 인간은 신성과 인성을 동시에 지니는 존재로서 영원한 하나님적 가치를 가지며 유형의 실체 하나님의 위상을 갖게 되는 것이다. 그러므로 완성한 인간이 갖는 인성은 하나님의 신성을 포함하고 있기 때문에 본연의 인성은 영원한 하나님의 창조이상을 완성하는 동인(動因)이며 원동력이 된다. 타락한 인간이 본연의 인성(창조본성)을 회복하기 위해서는 하나님의 창조이상을 완성한 세계관을 중심한 인간관을 토대로 교육을 받음으로써만 가능한 것이다. 이것이 천일국의 기초가 되는 훈독가정교회에서 감당해야 할 중요한 기본 과제이다. 본 교재는 위에서 말한 바와 같이 타락인간이 지향해야 하는 이상적 인간상을 인간이 타락하기 전 본연의 인간에게 두고 있다. 곧 본연의 인간을 성자(聖子)로 이해하고 이를 성취할 수 있는 교육내용과 실천방법을 3대축복을 복귀하는 과정으로서 전개하고 있다. 다시 말하면 인간은 개인과 가정과 사회구원을 완성하기 위한 깨달음과 펼침의 과정에서 체계적인 교육을 통해 본연의 인성을 회복할 수 있다고 믿고 있기 때문이다. 교재는 3단계로 구성되었는데 각 단계별로 3장씩, 각 장별로 7과로 구성되었다. 1단계는 “개인구원을 위한 깨침”에 두고 각 장의 주제를 하나님의 자녀로서의 ‘나’, 타락성을 지닌 죄인으로서의 ‘나’, 축복으로 거듭나야 할 ‘나’로 정하였다. 2단계는 “가정구원을 위한 열림의 단계”로 하고 각 장의 주제를 말씀공동체의 삶, 심정공동체의 삶, 가정공동체의 삶으로 하였다. 3단계는 “사회구원을 위한 펼침의 단계”로 하고 각 장의 주제를 축복운동의 사역, 평화운동의 사역, 천일국 실현의 사역으로 하였다. 각 과는 주제를 중심하고 삶의 나눔, 말씀훈독, 말씀의 이해, 말씀에 대한 명상, 요점중심의 심정 나눔, 결단과 기도 그리고 다음과를 위한 준비과제로 이루어져 있다. 이러한 과정에서 인도자의 역할이 중요한 것은 모임의 분위기를 친밀하고 열린 공간으로 만들어야 한다는 것과 사전에 훈독말씀에 대한 충분한 이해를 통해 구성원에게 올바른 말씀에 대한 이해를 도울 수 있어야 한다는 점 때문이다. 본 연구를 하게 된 이유는 훈독가정교회운동을 위한 교육과 훈독가정교회운동을 유지시키고 발전시키는 토대로서, 말씀공부를 중심한 훈독교재를 만들기 위함이었다. 말씀이 토대가 되지 않는 교육은 흔들리는 터전이 되기 쉽기 때문에 말씀공부를 통한 교육의 연구와 그 교재의 실제를 연구하게 된 것이다. 물론 훈독가정교회운동 중에 조우하는 하나님의 사람들에게 이 시대에 펼치는 하나님의 시대경륜에 동참하도록 하는 연구도 같이 했다. 이 시대에 하나님의 섭리의 결실로 다시 오신 메시아 참부모님은 문선명 선생이다. 문선명 선생은 말씀으로 하나님을 각 사람에게 오게 하였으며, 각 가정과 온 지상에 현현하게 했다. 그 말씀은 하나님과 인간의 해방의 원리이며, 하나님과 인간을 하나님과 인간답게 회복시킨 복귀의 원리이다. 이러한 성취를 실제로 이루게 하기 위해서는 말씀에 의한 개인구원의 완성으로부터 시작되는 것이다. 본 논문은 기본적으로 목회의 현장을 통해 체험하면서 교육하고 그 내용을 실현시키고자 노력하려고 했던 것을 근거로 쓴 것이다. 하나님을 만나고 심정을 체휼하고, 뜻을 알게 되면서 헌신의 삶을 살 것을 결의하고 수없는 시행착오를 겪으면서 만들어진 부족한 흔적들의 모음이다. 이것은 하나의 시작일 뿐 이제부터 본격적인 연구의 활성화가 있어야 할 것이며, 머지않아 성공적인 모델이 실체로 나와야 한다. 우리의 인성이 발달하고 회복되기 위해서는 한 개인의 노력과 어떤 공동체의 힘만으로 완전할 수 없다. 하나님과 참부모님이 아직도 섭리의 현장에서 전 인류의 혈통을 하나님의 자녀로 전환시키고 참가정 이상을 이룰 때까지 안식할 수 없기 때문이다. 그러므로 바른 교육이 진행되기 위해서는 모두가 하나님 섭리의 경륜을 향해 총체적으로 동역(同役)하면서 더불어 현장을 책임진다는 각오를 가지고 전진해야 한다. 하나님의 심정을 대신한 자리에서 동역하고 책임지려고 한다면 우리의 교육내용과 방법들이 지속적으로 발달하지 않으면 그 뜻을 이룩할 수 없을 것이다. 여기에 우리는 교육을 위한 실체적인 계획수립과 발전적 연구와 말씀공부의 필연을 가지고 삶의 현장에서 최선을 다해야 한다. 끝으로 제안하고 싶은 것은 목회현장에서 진행되고 있는 훈독가정교회운동의 다양한 방법의 실천과 실적들에 대한 귀중한 정보를 규합하는 일이다. 분명 모든 목회자들은 신명을 다해 섭리의 동역자로서 책임을 다함은 물론이거니와 교회현장의 내실화와 대 사회운동을 하는데 진력을 다하고 있을 것이기 때문이다. 우리에게는 기존의 이론적인 참고가 필요한 것이 사실이지만, 목회자가 창의적으로 현장의 상황에 맞는 방안을 찾기 위해 깊은 정성을 들이며 각고의 노력을 한 눈물과 땀의 과정이 더 중요한 것이다. 더 나아가서 진솔한 몸부림으로 만들어낸 결과들을 한데 모아 분석, 검토하는 작업과 이를 다시 현장에 적용하는 이른바 순환적 피드백의 장치와 공동의 나눔의 장이 필히 있어야만 한다. 이러한 희생적이고 선구적인 의식을 가지고 섭리의 흐름에 발맞추어 우리의 신앙과 삶의 현장을 지키고 가꾸어야 한다. 이와 같은 노력으로 말미암아 하나님과 참부모님 그리고 식구의 본연적 기쁨은 현실화될 것이며 우리가 서 있는 이곳에 하나님의 나라가 세워지는 것이다. The 21st century is a new spiritual age. In other words, the 21st century is an era of a new spiritual paradigm. In God's providence, the demands of a new spirituality meet the needs of a new administration of God. God always leads His providence with a new spirit of the times. The members of the Family Federation for World Peace and Unification (FFWPU) who are willing to respond to God's calling before anyone else, with an attitude of responsibility in this new providential age, have confidence that God's will must be completed, and that they have responsibility to help it become so, and that they should have dedication to make it so. FFWPU, as an organization, also recognizes that God's will and providence for the 21st century is the establishment of this new administration. In this study, I submit that the Hoondok family church the embodiment of God’s new vision in the 21st century and is the basic community unit for building the "Cheon IL Kook" (Country of Universal Peace and Unification) which is a vision of FFWPU. I also submit that it will be the last mission in God's providence for Hoondok family church to accomplish its responsibility. A person who lives in the frontline of God's providence will face the periodical question of how the Hoondok family church can fulfill it’s responsibility in this age. One of the answers to that question would be that Hoondok family church should be made from the Hoondok family church movement. If the Hoondok family church is understood as one of the primary elements of God's providence, then the family church movement can be understood as the process of accomplishing that providence. The 21st century should be recognized as the age of spirit in which the "procedures" we engage in must be considered as critically important. In God's new administration for building Cheon IL Kook, the process of restorative salvation cannot but be postponed if we just focus on the individual goals while neglecting the processes that create the environment of those goals. In this sense, the Hoondok family church can contribute to the building of Cheon IL Kook as the basic community unit only by fulfilling the entire process of the Hoondok family church movement. If the purpose of individual Hoondok family church is the completion of three blessings based on the principle of Creation, the Hoondok family church movement can be considered as the completion of the restoration of three blessings on a larger level, or as the completion of three restorations based upon re-creation. Here, the three restorations mean restoration of individual, restoration of family, restoration of society. These three restorations demand urgent and responsible answers from the members of FFWPU who live in the present time. Therefore substantial and concrete research for the Hoondok family church movement is absolutely necessary at this point. To do this, not only a phased program for putting ideas into practice but also a detailed program for education of the individual with the goal of helping that individual accomplish the kingdom of Heaven must be composed. This program should help the individual have a clear understanding about an outlook on God centering on His ideal of creation, an outlook on life and history, and a concomitant and compatible world view. Among these goals, the understanding of human beings based on the principle of creation is most essential. According to the Divine Principle, when a human being grows to perfection and becomes one with God, he can inherit divinity from God, the content of which is His heart, Logos, creativity, etc. At this point, human beings can have eternal value as does God through having a divine nature as well as a human nature at the same time. Human beings can, at this point be the amalgamation of both and hold the position of being a visible substantial embodiment of God's presence of earth. Therefore the personality of perfect human being includes the divine character of God. It is a driving force to accomplish God's ideal of creation. A fallen man can recover the original personality (nature of creation) only through receiving education. And the Hoondok family church should take charge of this spiritual education. And this kind of education is the main project for Hoondok Family Church which is the basic unit of Cheon IL Kook In this thesis, the original human nature before the fall is considered as an ideal that fallen men should pursue. This thesis will develop the course of restoration of three blessings as the content of education and the ways of practice to become an ideal man. In other words, a man can restore his original personality through systematic education in which he can get awakening to achieve the restoration for individual, family, and society. This thesis consists of three parts, and each part has three chapters, and each chapter has seven lessons. The title of the first part is "Realization of individual restoration", it is divided into three chapters, and each chapter has the following main theme; 'I' as a child of God, 'I' as a sinner who have fallen nature, 'I' as a being who should be reborn through the blessing. The title of the second part is "Beginning stage for the restoration of the family", and each chapter has the following theme; the life of the community centering on Words, the life of the community centering on spirituality, and the life of the community centering on the family. The last part's title is "Developing stage for the restoration of society", and it is divided into three chapters, each having it’s own theme such as; service for the Blessing movement, service for peace movement, and service for the realization of Cheon Il Kook. Centering on its own theme, each chapter is made up of sharing experiences, reading Rev. Moon's words (hoondok), understanding those words, meditation on the words, reflection (sharing hearts), determination and benediction, and a preparation for the next chapter. In the process of this study, leadership is important in making the atmosphere intimate and open, helping members to get clear understanding of the contents by studying it themselves before the meeting starts. The main purpose of this thesis is to develop spiritual teaching material through studying Rev. Moon's speech as the foundation for spiritual education and to develop hoondok family church movements. Research for spiritual education through Rev. Moon's speeches is essential because spiritual education tends to be unstable without the foundation of studying his words. These speeches, of course, contain the explanation of how to help members and people participate in God's present providence. Rev. Moon who came on earth as the fruit of God's providence is the Second Coming, Messiah, and True Parents in this age. Rev. Moon has connected God with each person, each family, and all people on earth through his words. His speech expresses the principle which liberates God as well as human beings. It is the principle of restoration which enables God and human beings to be worthy of their names. Restoration of individual spirituality by studying his words can be the first step to realize them in our own lives. This thesis has been written based upon my personal experiences with educated people and tries to realize Rev. Moon's teaching in my ministry. This is a small collection in which I gather all of my experiences; encounters with God, experiences of God's heart, determination to live for others by realizing the will of God, repetitions of trial and error, etc. This is a just beginning step, and I hope to see more concrete and successful works come as soon as possible through full-scale research and study. Personal efforts or a particular community's power are not enough to restore and to develop one's personality. To do this True Parents and God have worked so hard, without resting and they will continue until the day comes when all human beings on earth can be the children of God by changing their blood lineages and realize the ideal of a true family on earth. Therefore we must know that there are still a lot of areas we should work for and keep pace with God who is moving forward in His providence. one's spirituality is not educated and developed continuously, one is not able to experience God's heart as well as be responsible in doing God's work. Here is the reason why we should be earnest in making substantial plans for education, researching and studying Rev. Moon's speech. Finally, I would like to suggest collecting all information of various practical methods and accomplishments relating with the Hoondok family church movement. It is very clear that all ministries, as co-workers in God's providence, are doing their best in developing enriching substances for the church and doing social activities. The existing references to existing theories are necessary to us. However I believe that the our ministry's sincere devotions and experiences are very precious and we need to try to find more creative ways for our specific church and people to bring fruit with their unending best efforts, sweat, and tears. We need a system like a circulative feedback device in which we are able to collect all the results from the actual ministry fields, to discuss, to analyze, and to reapply them to the fields. We should keep our faith and do our best in ministry fields, matching steps with the current stream of the providence with sense of sacrifice and pioneering. Through these various efforts, the substantial delight of God, True Parents, and all members can be realized and the kingdom of Heaven will be established on earth where we live now.

PPDR을 위한 긴급재난통산망 아키텍쳐 설계 연구

The increase of the natural and artificial disasters around the world, the large-scale disaster and accidents reminds the government of the importance of the public safety communication infrastructure. To reduce the disasters damages, ITU approved the new radio communication bandwidth and adapted the public protection and disaster relief agenda at the WRC-03 (World Radio communication Conference-OS). This paper proposes and defines the wideband-based wireless communications application architecture for emergency service refer to IEEE802.16 with reviews about emergency service wireless communication technical issues, institute factors and related researches. Refers to the IEEE802.16 model, this paper defines the details of the emergency network configuration interface and the message flow between components and the hardware compositions, proposes the network structure and operation method. 본 연구는 날로 늘어나는 대형 인위 및 자연재난사태에서 효과적인 예방활동과 신속한 준비·대응·복구태세의 확립으로 국민의 생명·신체·재산 보호임무를 수행하기위한 광대역 무선통신망 기술 기반의 멀티미디어 긴급재난 통신망의 구축을 위해, 공공안전재난구조 통신망(PPDR) 개념 및 요구사항을 조사 분석하고, 국내 및 국제표준화동향의 조사 분석, 무전 광대역 멀티미디어전송 관련기술 동향분석을 토대로 국내 "공공재난·안전"분야의 광대역 무전통신 기술을 적용한 네트워크 시스템 아키텍쳐 설계와 프로토타이핑, 현장시험에 의한 기술적 타당성 검증 과정을 거쳐, 효율적인 긴급재난 통신용 무선광대역 멀티미디어 네트워크를 제안하였다. 본 연구결과를 종합하면, 첫번째. PPDR 통신망 구축을 위한 국내외의 기술표준화 및 기술개발 현황을 분석한 결과 미국 및 EU, 일본 등의 경우는Wimax를 이응한 광대역 무선전송기술, 위성망 활용기술, 재난재해현장 투입용 로봇개발 및 제어기술, 각종 재난감시 센서기술 및 시ABF레이션 기술 등에 대한 표준화의 추진과 기술개발에 박차를 가하고 있으나, 우리나라는 아직협대역 TRS기술에 대한 표준화 만 이루어진 상태다. 두번째. 광대역 멀티미디어 기술 현황 분석결과 802.11n의 빠른 전송속도와 안전성, 커버리지의 획기적인 향상으로 인해 다중 VoIP, 비디오 스트리밍 등을동시에 치원할 수 있는 것으로 조사되었으며, IEEE 802.16 무선 접속 규격의WiBro 및 WiMax 기술의 경우 수많은 가입자가 음성, 영상, 데이터 등의 전송을 위한 용량을 공유하면서 이동성의 지원이 가능하며, 또한 유선 통신 인프라가 존재하지 않는 서비스 지역을 커버하는데 있어 효과적인 솔루션으로 분석되 었다. 세번째. 광대역 디지털 멀티미디어 전송망 기술을 응용한 각종 재난 기관간IP기반의 안정적인 무선통신 네트워크의 구축을 통한, 화재 및 산불 자연재난의 감시, 재난현장 모니터링 및 영상전송, 위험지역에 투입된 진압 / 구조대원의 위험관리, 독거노인·침해노인·영 유아 등 사회적 약자의 실종 유괴 등사고 방지기술 개발 등 멀티미디어 전송망 기술에 의한 다양한 서비스의 개발활용 분야를 요약 정리하였다. 네번째. 다양한 긴급 재난현장에서 사용되고 있는 협대역 무선통신장비(UHF,TRS무선 등)의 음성통신에 한정된 제반 문제점을 해소하고, 위성통신망 활용시의 단점을 보완하고, 각종 상용통신망과의 연계체제 구축을 통해, 재난 재해의 효과적인 예방/대비 및 신속한 대응/복구 활동을 지원할 수 있는, 무선통신망 구성방안을 제안하였다. 다섯번째. 현재 지정되어있는 PPDR용 Broadband 주파수에 대한 재난현장에서의 무선통신 필요 주파수 소요량 산출 모델을 제안 하였다. 여섯번째. 재난현장의 기반통신기반 인프라가 없거나 재난으로 파손(유실)된 경우라도 자체 시스템에 의한 중계 네트워크를 구성, 재난현장의 지휘·통제를 위한 C3(Command - control - comrnunication)체계 유지 및 소방방재센터와의 장거리 통신망을 구성방안으로 Wimax/Wifi 통합중계장치 및 네트워크구성방안과 운영시나리오, 하드웨어 구성방안을 제안하였고, 소방대원용 휴대 송·수신 단말장치의 구성과 운영방안 시나리오, 소방대원 장착용 유쿼터스센서장치 구성에 대하여 제안 하였다.

PART 1 . Silyl ether의 브롬화 반응에 관한 연구 tert-Butyldimethylsilyl (TBDMS) ether나 trimethylsilyl (TMS) ether와 같 은 silyl ether를 deprotection 단계 없이 바로 브롱화물로 전환하는 반응이 연구 되었다. 이 반응에서는 methylene chloride 용매와 3.0 eq. NBS/Ph3P를 사용하였 다. 이 시약은 TBDMS와 TMS ether를 브롬화물로 전환하는데 매우 효과적이었 다. 상온에서 benzyl trimethylsilyl ether를 3.0 eq. NBS/Ph3P와 반응시킨 결과 5 분 만에 benzyl bromide가 96.3%로 얻어졌다. PART 2. Aminocarbonyl radical의 제법에 관한 연구 Aminocarbonyl radical은 phenylselenocarbamate의 homolysis에 의해 만들 수 있을 것으로 예상되었다. Amine과 triphosgene, 그리고 phenylselenol을 반응시켜 보았으나 phenylselenocarbamate를 얻을 수 없었다. 그래서 다른 시약 들을 사용해 보았으나 역시 원하는 생성물을 얻을 수 없었다. PART 1. Bromination of silyl ether Direct conversion of silyl ethers such as tert-butyldimethylsilyl (TBDMS) and trimethylsilyl (TMS) ethers into the corresponding bromide was accomplished without deprotection. This reaction proceeded with 3.0 equimolar NBS and Ph3P respectively in methylene chloride. The reagent was very effective for conversion of TBDMS and TMS ethers into the corresponding bromides. It was found that the reaction of benzyl trimethylsiltyl ether with 3.0 equimolar amount of NBS/Ph3P in methylene chloride gave 96.3% of benzyl bromide at room temperature in 5 min. PART 2. Preparation of aminocarbonyl radical Aminocarbonyl radicals were expected to be formed from the homolysis of phenylselenocarbamates. Phenylselenocarbamates could not be prepared from the reaction of amines with triphosgene and phenylselenol. Use of other reagents in various reaction conditions was not successful in preparation of aminocarbonyl radicals.
