시립무용단의 운영실태와 활성화 방안에 관한 연구 : 서울·청주 시립무용단을 중심으로 = A Study on the present situation and the operating system of the city dance company:Focusing on Seoul Dance Company and Chung-ju Dance Company

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The study is intended to contribute to the development of domestic art by doing research on the present operating system and the way to facilitate through comparing and analyzing the two dance company, Chong-ju Dance Company and Seoul Dance Company.
Investigation of the contemporary system of operation of the both dance company is used as researching method, on the other hand, nominal scale with 5-point Likert type, as an analizing method and 5-point scale as a type of survey.
By means of this research progressed on this purpose, I could reach into the following conclusion.
First : In the case of operating system, these are shown as an upcoming issue that getting in Chong-ju D. C. and in Seoul D. C., improving the rewarding system.
Second : In view of finance, it is indicated that the both Dance Company need to raise more outside assist system.
Third : In the participation of the people without the background on Dance case, it is shown that Chong-ju D. C. offers dance class once a week dance. However, in case of Seoul D.C., people hardly ever get a chance to be envolved in this activity.
Forth : This study suggested the fact that the both D. C. are ignored by the people because of the low acknowledgement in the society.
Considering this situation, these findings implies that more efforts should be made on these following aspects.(to facilitate Dance Company)
First of all, it is all-important to strengthen the faculty of art, Second, by nominating an authorized person as a producer in the Dance Company, it has to be aimed to expand the profit.
In conclusion, this study can be said that it is worth doing in terms of leading the domestic art, which is getting more popular, to the advanced level in quality.
Based on the above-mentioned, it has to be done to research on morespecific aspects.
