靑少年의 內·外 統制性과 對人關係 性向 硏究 = (The) relationships between adolescent's internal-external control and interpersonal relations orientation

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 청소년의 내·외 통제성에 따라서 대인관계성향은 어떠한 차이가 있는지를 밝히는 데 있다. 이러한 연구 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 연구에서는 다음과 같은 연구 문제를 설정하였다.
첫째, 청소년의 내·외 통제성에 따라 역할성향은 차이가 있는가?
둘째, 청소년의 내·외 통제성에 따라 사회적 관계성향은 차이가 있는가?
셋째, 청소년의 내·외 통제성에 따라 표현성향은 차이가 있는가?
이러한 연구문제를 검증하기 위해서 제주도 S시에 소재하고 있는 여자고등하교 2학년 5개 학급에 검사지 211부를 배부하였고, 회수한 검사 지중 반응이 미비하거나 불충실한 2부를 제외하고 최종적으로 유효한 209명을 자료 처리하였다.
자료처리는 SPSS/pc+를 이용하여 전산 처리하였다.
본 연구에서 나타난 연구 결과는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 대인관계 역할차원에서 통제소재가 자신에게 있다고 생각하는 청소년들은 대인관계에 있어서 독립적이고 책임감이 있다.
둘째, 사회관계적 차원에서 내적 통제성을 지닌 청소년들은 동정적이고, 수용적이며, 사교적, 우호적이다.
셋째, 대인관계의 표현차원에서 외적인 통제 성격을 지닌 청소년들은 경쟁적, 공격적, 과시적, 자기도취적인 표형성향이 있다.
위의 연구결과는 앞으로 자녀양육이나 학교 생활지도에 시사점이 크다. 왜냐하면 내·외 통제성은 고정적인 것이 아니라 계속 변하는 성격이므로 적절한 교육과 훈련을 통해서 내적 통제성을 변화시킬 수 있기 때문이다. 구체적으로 말하면 외적 통제성을 보이는 청소년들은 대인관계에서 책임감을 키워주고 자신에 대한 수용력을 높임으로써 타인수용력을 높일 수 있기 때문이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to find the differences between adolescent's Internal- External Control and Interpersonal Relations Orientation.
This study attempts to prove the following problem:
1. Does adolescent's Internal-External Control differ in matters of role disposition ?
2. Does adolescent's Internal- External Control differ in matters of sociometric disposition ?
3. Does adolescent's Internal-External Control differ in matters of expressive disposition ?
In order to verify the problems intended for the study, two sets of questionnaires-ensuring Locus of control test and Interpersonal relation Disposition-were administered to 2th, 211 graders sampled from the girl's high school in Cheju Do.
The conclusion of the study is as follows.
First, Internal control oriented adolescent's independent-responsible relations differ significantly from External control oriented.
Second, Internal control oriented adolescent's sympathic-acceptable relations, sociable-friendliness relations differ significantly from External control oriented. Third, External control oriented adolescent's competitive-agressive relations, exhibitionistic-narcissistic relations differ significantly from Internal control oriented.
