고등부 유도선수의 자기관리가 스포츠 경쟁상태불안에 미치는 영향 = The Effect on Self-management Competitive State Anxiety of High School Judo player

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 유도 선수들의 사회인구학적 특성에 따른 자기관리, 스포츠 경쟁상태불안의 차이를 비교․분석한 다음, 고등부 유도선수의 자기관리가 스포츠 경쟁상태불안에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다.
따라서 2014년 현재 전국 고등부 남․여 유도선수들을 모집단으로 선정한 다음 편의추출법(convenience sampling)을 이용하여 표본을 추출하였으며, 총 320부를 배포 하였다. 실제분석에는 질문 문항에 불일치하는 자료, 조사내용의 일부가 누락된 자료 21부를 제외한 후 299부의 설문지를 실제 분석에 사용하였다.
또한 사용한 측정도구는 설문지이며, 설문지의 타당도는 예비검사 그리고 탐색적 요인분석을 통해 검증되었다. 설문지의 신뢰도는 ɑ=.866～.877로 비교적 양호하게 나타났다. 통계처리방법은 SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 활용한 신뢰도분석, 요인분석, 상관분석, 일원변량분석, 중다회귀분석 등이다.
이상과 같은 연구방법 및 절차를 통해 본 연구에서는 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다.
첫째, 고등부 유도선수의 사회인구학적 특성에 따라 자기관리는 요인별 차이가 있었다.
둘째, 고등부 유도선수의 사회인구학적 특성에 따라 스포츠 경쟁상태불안은 요인별 차이가 있었다.
셋째, 고등부 유도선수의 자기관리는 스포츠 경쟁상태불안에 영향을 미쳤다.
즉, 고등부 유도선수의 자기관리는 스포츠 경쟁상태불안에 영향을 미치는 중요한 변인으로 입증되었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study tries to establish the effects of judo player’ self-management on competitive state anxiety. In this study, judo in national high schools teams as of 2014 were selected as a population and samples were extracted by using convenience sampling. The total 320 copies were distributed. In the pragmatic analysis, 21 copies of the data which did not accord with the questions and that partial investigation contents were omitted were excluded and the pragmatic analysis on the questionnaires of 299 copies were done.
In the questionnaires which collected the data that replies to the questions of the questionnaires were completed for data analysis, the ones which is judged to be in discord with the questions and that partial investigation contents were omitted were excluded. And errors in the replies of the valid samples only were reviewed according to the coding instructions. And then, statistical treatment of the individually input data was done according to purposes by using SPSSSWIN 21.0 program. Reliability analysis, Factor analysis, One-way ANOVA, Correlation analysis, and Multiple regression analysis were carried out as the statistical treatment technique.
In this study, the following conclusions were drawn through the above research methods and procedure.
First, there were each factor differences in self management according to demographic characteristics of judo player.
Second, there were each factor differences in Competitive State Anxiety according to demographic characteristics of judo player.
Third, it proved that judo player' self-management is the important factors which affect competitive state anxiety.
