교육과정 개선을 위한 두개피관리사 직무분석 : 4년제 대학 미용관련 학과 중심으로 = A Job Analysis of Scalp Care Experts to Improve the Curriculum : Focused on the Cosmetology Related Departments in the 4-year Universities

국문 초록 (Abstract)

최근 두개피 질환 환자의 수가 증가함에 따라 두개피관리에 대한 사회적 관심과 인식이 증가되었고 이러한 추세는 미용관련 대학에서 두개피관련 교과목의 개설을 확산시켰지만 두개피관리사에 대한 구체적인 직무분석이 표준화되어 있지 않아 그에 대한 교육과정 및 내용이 체계적이지 못한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 데이컴기법을 통해 두개피관리사의 직무모형을 제시하여 교육과정 개발 및 교육내용을 정립하고 두개피관리 직무에 대한 기초자료를 제공하는데 목적을 둔다.
두개피관리사의 직무모형을 연구하기 위하여 두개피관련 분야에서 5년 이상의 경력을 가진 내용전문가 10인을 설정하여 데이컴기법을 활용했으며, 교육요구도 수준을 파악하고자 데이컴 리서치 차트를 작성하여 두개피관련 분야 실무 전문가 집단 25명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 또한 미용관련 대학의 교과과정 중 두개피관련 교과목이 개설되어 있는 9개교의 강의계획서를 수합하고 강의계획서에 기재된 주교재 7종을 분석하여 두개피관련 교육과정에서 요구되는 교육현황을 검토하였다. 이를 위하여 2012년 1월부터 12월까지 문헌 조사를 실시하였으며, 자료 분석을 위해 SPSS. v. 17.0 통계 패키지 프로그램을 활용하였다.
연구 결과, 두개피관리사의 직무는 22개의 직무 영역과 166개의 작업 항목으로 분석되었다. 이를 다시 지식 영역, 기술 영역, 능력 영역으로 나누어 작업자 중심의 직무모형을 도출하였다. 도출된 직무모형을 바탕으로 교육요구도 수준을 분석한 결과 기술영역의 중요도, 난이도, 빈도가 높은 점수를 보였고 이에 반해 지식 영역과 능력 영역은 상대적으로 낮은 수치를 보였다. 또한 두개피관련 교과의 교육현황을 분석한 결과 체계적인 교과의 정립이 요구되어짐을 시사했으며, 이와 관련된 강의계획서 및 교재에 대한 연구 결과, 기술영역에 대한 비중이 비교적 높게 나타나 기술역역의 중요함을 의미하는 동시에 지식영역과 능력영역의 균형적인 교수-학습이 요구되어짐을 시사했다.
본 연구는 체계적 정립이 요구되어지는 두개피관리사의 직무를 분석하여 두개피관련 분야에 기초자료를 제공했다는 점에서 의의를 가진다. 또한 본 연구에서 시행된 두개피관련 교과의 분석을 통해 두개피관련 교과가 미용학과의 타 영역과 구별되는 독자적인 학문으로서 초석을 다져나가는데 도움이 되길 바란다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

As increasing the number of patients experiencing the scalp disease recently, the social interest and recognition about the scalp treatment is getting increased and this trend makes scalp related subject opened at the beauty related universities. However it is not clear what the scalp care experts do on site and also the curriculum about that is not systematic properly. Therefore this study aims to analyze the jobs of scalp experts through DACUM, to develop and correct the course of scalp related curriculum and then to provide basic date about the duty of scalp treatment.
To study job model of scalp care experts, 10 experts with 5-year experiences in the scalp related field was selected for DACUM and 25 experienced scalp care experts was surveyed with DACUM research chart to identify education demanding levels. In addition 9 syllabus and 7 teaching materials about the scalp related subject was collected and analyzed to realize the present condition of curriculum and to know what is demanded. The document research was conducted from Jan. 2012 to Dec. 2012 and SPSS. v. 17.0 was used for analyzing the data.
As a result of this study, the jobs of scalp care experts include 22 dutied and 166 tasks. This makes knowledge, skill, and competence came out as the worker focused job analysis. Also the analyzed education demanding level about importance, difficulty, and frequency shows that skill area has high points compared with knowledge and competence. After analyzing the curriculum, syllabus and teaching materials, it tells that the present condition of scalp related course is to need proper set-up and the balanced teaching-learning is demanded because the skill area appeared relatively high.
This study has significance to provide fundamental material to scalp related field where is demanded systematic establishment. Also it hopes to help to lay the cornerstone of the scalp related subject with distinctive characteristics as a cofigurative study.
