성인초기의 성인애착과 대인관계 문제의 관계에서 거부민감성과 정서표현양가성의 매개효과 = The Mediating Effects of Rejection Sensitivity and Ambivalence Over Emotional Expressiveness in the Relationship of Adult Attachment to Interpersonal Relationship Problems in Early Adulthood

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 20대 청년들을 대상으로 성인애착이 거부민감성과 정서표현양가성을 매개로 대인관계 문제에 미치는 영향을 살펴보는데 있다. 또한 20대 청년들의 기독교 집단과 비기독교 집단을 비교하여 종교별 거부민감성과 정서표현양가성의 매개효과를 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 통하여 성인애착과 대인관계 문제의 관계에 대한 이해를 확장하고, 성인초기의 성인애착이 거부민감성과 정서표현양가성을 통하여 대인관계 문제에 미치는 영향을 살펴봄으로써, 보다 더 구체적인 상담 계획을 수립하는데 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다. 이에 대인관계에 어려움을 나타내는 청년들에 대한 적절한 상담계획을 수립하는데 기초자료로 제공하고자 한다.
이를 위하여, 본 연구는 서울과 지방 지역의 사람들을 대상으로 성인애착, 거부민감성, 정서표현양가성, 대인관계 문제로 구성된 URL설문지를 배포하여 총 277부를 수집하였으며, 응답을 누락하였거나 불성실한 응답자 7부를 제외한 270부를 본 연구의 분석 자료로 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 연구문제에 따라 기술통계, 상관분석, t-test, 중다회귀분석을 통하여 분석하였으며, 매개효과를 재검증하기 위해 Sobel test를 실시하였다.
본 연구의 결과를 요악하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 성인애착, 거부민감성, 정서표현양가성, 대인관계 문제 간의 관계는 모두 유의미한 상관관계를 나타냈다. 둘째, 성인애착과 대인관계 문제의 관계에서 거부민감성은 부분매개 하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 성인애착과 대인관계 문제의 관계에서 정서표현양가성은 매개하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 기독교인 집단과 비기독교인 집단의 각 변인들의 평균은 유의미한 차이를 나타내지 않았다. 그러나 두 집단의 변인들 간의 관계는 다르게 나타났다. 기독교인 집단에서는 성인애착과 대인관계 문제의 관계에서 거부민감성과 정서표현양가성 모두 부분 매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 반대로 비기독교인 집단은 성인애착과 대인관계 문제의 관계에서 거부민감성은 부분 매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났지만, 성인애착과 대인관계 문제의 관계에서 정서표현양가성은 매개효과를 확인 할 수 없었다. 연구결과를 토대로 상담과 후속연구를 위한 제언을 하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to investigate the mediating effects of rejection sensitivity and emotional expression ambivalence in the relationship of adult attachment to interpersonal problems among those who are in the early stage of adulthood. In addition, we examine the mediating effects of rejection sensitivity and emotional expressive ambivalence by comparing the Christian group of 20 's young adults with the non-Christian group. The purpose of this study is to extend the understanding of the relationship between adult attachment and interpersonal problems and to establish the more concrete counseling plan by examining the effect of early adult attachment on the interpersonal problems through the ambivalence of rejection sensitivity and emotional expression And it can be used as the basic data of interpersonal problem counseling for early adult. And to provide them as basic data for establishing appropriate counseling plans for young people who have difficulties in interpersonal relationships.
  For this purpose, this study distributed a total of 277 copies of the URL questionnaire consisting of adult attachment, rejection sensitivity, positive emotional expressiveness, and interpersonal problems to people in Seoul and the provinces, and collected 7 replies 270 copies were used as the analysis data of this study. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, t-test, multiple regression analysis according to research problem, and Sobel test was conducted to revalidate mediating effects.
  The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, the relationship between adult attachment, rejection sensitivity, emotional expressiveness, interpersonal problem showed a significant correlation. Second, rejection sensitivity is partially mediated in the relationship between adult attachment and interpersonal problem. Third, in the relationship between adult attachment and interpersonal problems, emotional expressiveness was not mediated. Fourth, the mean scores of the early Christian and non-Christian groups did not show a significant difference. However, the relationships between the variables of the two groups were different. In the Christian group, both the rejection sensitivity and the emotional expression affinity were found to have a partial mediating effect in the relationship between adult attachment and interpersonal problem. The non-Christian group showed that the rejection sensitivity had a partial mediating effect in the relationship between adult attachment and interpersonal problem, but the mediating effect of emotional expression ambivalence could not be confirmed in the relationship between adult attachment and interpersonal problem. Based on the results of the research, I suggested some suggestions for counseling and follow-up research.
