그림책을 활용한 갈등해결 프로그램이 지적장애 학생의 갈등인식과 갈등해결전략 및 자기조절능력에 미치는 영향 = Effects of conflict resolution program using picture books on conflict recognition, conflict resolution strategy and self-regulation ability of students with intellectual disabilities

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구는 그림책을 활용한 갈등해결 프로그램이 지적장애 학생의 갈등인식과 갈등해결전략 및 자기조절능력에 미치는 효과를 파악하는데 주요한 목적이 있다.
이러한 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위한 연구문제는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 그림책을 활용한 갈등해결 프로그램이 지적장애 학생의 갈등인식에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가?
둘째, 그림책을 활용한 갈등해결 프로그램이 지적장애 학생의 갈등해결전략에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가?
셋째, 그림책을 활용한 갈등해결 프로그램이 지적장애 학생의 자기조절능력에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가?
이를 위하여 광주광역시에 소재한 초등학교 특수학급에 재학 중인 4~6학년 지적장애 학생 20명을 대상으로 사전-사후 실험통제집단설계를 적용하였다. 10명의 실험집단 학생들에게는 그림책을 활용한 갈등해결 프로그램을 4주 동안 12회기의 중재를 실시하였고, 10명의 통제집단 학생들에게는 아무런 중재를 제공하지 않았다. 중재 후 프로그램의 효과를 검증하기 위하여 갈등인식과 갈등해결전략 및 자기조절능력검사를 실시하였다. 이후 실험집단과 통제집단의 갈등인식, 갈등해결전략, 자기조절능력의 변화 정도 간에 유의미한 차이가 있는지 알아보기 위하여 SPSS 27.0을 활용하여 독립표본 t 검증을 실시하였으며 결과는 다음과 같이 나타났다.
첫째, 그림책을 활용한 갈등해결 프로그램은 지적장애 학생의 갈등인식에 긍정적인 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.
둘째, 그림책을 활용한 갈등해결 프로그램은 지적장애 학생의 갈등해결전략에 긍정적인 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.
셋째, 그림책을 활용한 갈등해결 프로그램은 지적장애 학생의 자기조절능력을 향상시키는데 영향을 미치는 것으로 결론을 내릴 수 있다.
이상의 결과를 정리하면 그림책을 활용한 갈등해결 프로그램이 지적장애 학생의 갈등인식과 갈등해결전략 및 자기조절능력의 향상에 효과적인 중재임을 알 수 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The main purpose of this study is to understand the effect of conflict resolution programs using picture books on conflict awareness, conflict resolution strategies, and self-regulation ability of students with intellectual disabilities.
Research problems to achieve the purpose of these studies are as follows.
First, how does the conflict resolution program using picture books affect students with intellectual disabilities' perception of conflict?
Second, how does the conflict resolution program using picture books affect the conflict resolution strategy of students with intellectual disabilities?
Third, how does the conflict resolution program using picture books affect the self-regulation ability of students with intellectual disabilities?
To this end, the pre- and post-experimental control group design was applied to 20 students with intellectual disabilities in grades 4 to 6 attending special classes at elementary schools in Gwangju Metropolitan City. Ten students in the experimental group conducted 12 interventions for four weeks in a conflict resolution program using picture books, and 10 students in the control group did not provide any interventions. Conflict awareness, conflict resolution strategies, and self-regulation ability tests were conducted to verify the effectiveness of the program after arbitration. Since then, an independent sample t-test was conducted using SPSS 27.0 to find out whether there was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group's conflict perception, conflict resolution strategy, and the degree of change in self-regulation ability. The results were as follows.
First, the conflict resolution program using picture books was found to have a positive effect on conflict awareness among students with intellectual disabilities.
Second, the conflict resolution program using picture books was found to have a positive effect on the conflict resolution strategy of students with intellectual disabilities.
Third, it can be concluded that the conflict resolution program using picture books affects the self-regulation ability of students with intellectual disabilities.
To summarize the above results, it can be seen that the conflict resolution program using picture books is an effective intervention in improving conflict awareness, conflict resolution strategies, and self-regulation skills of students with intellectual disabilities.
