간호정보시스템의 상호운용성을 위한 표준간호용어 지원 도구 개발 = Development of a standardized nursing vocabulary support tool for an interoperable of nursing information system

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 의료용어 관리도구로서 간호용어 통합 도구(tools)의 개발함으로써 간호의 개념을 포괄할 수 있는 표준 용어체계의 구조와 용어 콘텐츠를 서비스하기 위함이다. 이를 위해 간호진단, 간호결과 및 간호중재분류체계의 연계 도구와 온톨로지 구축 도구를 각각 개발하였다. 연계 도구는 간호학생의 Likert 4점 척도 만족도 조사에서 평균 3.65(±0.22)로 높게 나왔으며, 온톨로지 구축 도구의 검증을 위해 부인과 간호단위 간호기록을 추출하였다. 추출된 간호진단의 문제들을 SNOMED CT의 개념으로 표현한 결과는 112개의 요인이 21개의 간호진단과 전조합으로 매핑된 후에 매핑 데이터는 100% 간호진단 온톨로지로 생성되었다. 검증된 2개의 도구는 통합 도구로 개발하였다. 통합도구의 검증을 위해서 총 510개 개념에 대한 데이터 생성에 대한 검증을 실시하였다. 매핑의 일치에 대한 평가는 2인의 전문가에 의한 Likert scale 4점 척도를 사용하였다. 전문가 1은 각각 평균 3.68점, 3.60점을 제시하였고, 전문가2는 각각 3.72점, 3.65점을 제시하였다. 이를 비율로 나타낸 CVI는 0.94로서 매핑 결과에 대해 동의하는 것으로 나타났다. 이 도구의 활용은 간호지식체를 구축할 수 있는 OWL 형식을 지원하며 의미적 활용이 가능한 표준 용어체계 기반의 간호정보시스템을 개발하도록 지원하므로 간호지식의 확보, 의사결정시스템을 개발하는 데 큰 기여를 할 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study developed a standard terminology for developing integrated nursing management tools. We developed both a tool for linking nursing diagnosis, nursing outcomes, and the nursing intervention classification (NIC) and an ontology construction tool. Nursing students gave the linking tool an average score of 3.65 (±0.22) for satisfaction on a four-point Likert scale. To verify the ontology construction tool, nursing records were extracted from a gynecology unit. The extracted nursing diagnoses were expressed using the concept SNOMED, which mapped 83 factors in 112 nursing statements through 21 nursing diagnoses. A pre-coordinated mapping method mapped 100% of the data generated from nursing diagnosis ontologies. The two tools were combined to develop an integrated tool. In order to test the integrated tool, the study conducted the test of 510 created data regarding the characteristics and factors. Concerning the assessment of the coincidence of mapping, the study employed 4-point Likert scale which had been used by two specialists. The specialist 1 proposed as average scores 3.68 points and 3.60 points respectively, whereas the specialist 2 proposed as average scores 3.72 points and 3.65 points each. CVI which had showed them as percentile, appeared to agree to the mapping result while recording the high score of 0.94. The tool used the OWL format, which can be used to configure the nursing knowledge system. The tool was developed so that it could support a standardized terminology-based nursing information system, enabling meaningful utilization in the development of clinical decision-support systems using nursing knowledge.
