대상관계 이론에 기초한 Good Enough Mother 부모교육 프로그램 개발과 적용 = (The) development and application of parents education program based on object relation theory

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this research is to show the emotional insights of mother’s role in children. But this parent education programs are different from original program because they are more emotionally in insightful rather than being intellectually insightful.
The Object Relation theory is when people were young, their relationship patterns up with their future relationship of mother and children. The relationship repeats itself like a scenario between every relationship in different generation. Donald Winnicott established the perspective of good enough mother. Therefore, I summoned up and showed my opinion of the Object Relation Theory. I helped Korean cultural people to understand this theory. And I developed the parent’s education program which allows Good Enough Mother to give motherly caring environment to children.
The first result is that Winnicott said, Good Enough Mother provides an environment that gives children holding, handling, providing object, mirroring, surviving, playing, and living real self. These factors were taught to the mothers and saw their true attitude of how they were cared and parented, and finally, realized their shamed and then regretted their attitude toward their children. The mother’s recognized their self-awareness in the point of view of being motherly parents.
In the second result, the unconscious feelings that the mothers had were realized after going through the program. With that, they also realized what kind of relationship the mothers and their children had. Because of this, the mothers became an object of having an internal healthy and safe relationship with their child.
The significance of this research is that this program made a feed backed data that has an atmospheric important to the mothers that were involved.
This research involved only housewives. But to make this research more general among women, we should establish a new research that involves working women.
