      The purpose of this study is to investigate the difference of perceived coaching behavior, motive atmosphere, and career self - efficacy and to investigate the relationship and influence of perceived coaching behavior, motive atmosphere and career self - efficacy.
      The questionnaires distributed to 202 participants were Leadership Scale for Sports (LSS), Motive Atmosphere Perception Questionnaire (PMCSQ), and Career Atmosphere Questionnaire (PMCSQ) And self-efficacy scale (CAMSES).
      Data were collected using frequency analysis, T-test, variance analysis, correlation analysis and session analysis using the SPSS program version 23.0, except for 52 parts of the collected data.
      The relationship between the perceived coaching behavior, motive atmosphere, and career self - efficacy of the athletic high school Judo players in the nation is summarized as follows.
      first. As a result of analyzing the difference of perceived coaching behavior, motive atmosphere, and career self-efficacy according to gender, students showed higher perceived coaching behaviors in positive democratic society and democratic society training than men, and statistically significant There was a difference, and there was a difference in the totalitarian behavior, and the female was higher than the male.
      There was no statistically significant difference between male and female, and there was no difference in competitive atmosphere.
      Career self - efficacy, occupational information factor, and female. There is also a difference in self-problem factors.
      The differences of perceived coaching behaviors according to demographic characteristics were in the order of grade 2 and grade 3 in the competitive atmosphere factor according to grade. In the career information self - efficacy factor, grade 2 was higher than grade 3 appear.
      According to the athletic career, 5 years of competitive atmosphere was higher than 3 years according to the athletic career, and there was no difference in any factor except the competitive atmosphere factor .
      second. Positive democratic society, which is a sub - factor of perceived coaching behavior, has a positive correlation with democratic society training and skillful atmosphere.
      Democratic social training showed negative relationship between pretentious behavior and competitive atmosphere. Skill atmosphere was found to be statistically related, and totalitarian behavior was related to skillful atmosphere and amulet. Competition atmosphere There is a static relationship.
      In the competitive environment, there was a negative relationship in self - problems, and in job information, there was a positive relationship with self - problems.
      Third, perceived coaching behaviors did not affect all the factors of career self - efficacy, and only career self - efficacy of motive atmosphere was influenced.
      These results suggest that when leaders perform their primitive actions that emphasize their authority alone, the benefits they gain from fun and practice, and the positive emotions that learn and feel the physical strength and skills required for exercise . Coach's democratic decision-making and autonomous and positive team atmosphere and communication will have a positive impact on the athletes' performance and satisfaction. In general, athletes with a task-oriented tendency have positive attitudes, such as constantly re-trying, even if they try harder and fail. Therefore, they maintain a positive attitude when they solve information and self-evaluation of problems and problems Respectively.
