We're leaving in information society age based on information & knowledge that people even say using information properly can be the one way of strengthening the national power. It goes without saying that students need special education to keep pace with the world's globalization, information age, and diverse society to manage information efficiently.
The Ministry of Education and Human Resources started "after school education activity" as a way of education reformation in 1995 & it's now called "after school education" is going on at school after several times of title changed. Moreover, in the 7th education course, it came up with "computer special skill and aptitude education" to provides students with many opportunity to develop their talent & aptitude out of traditional cram course at school. The ultimate goal of computer special skill and aptitude education is to reduce the cost of private education & give many chances to students to improve their individuality & aptitude. However, even though this computer special skill and aptitude education is required & important in this society, many problems have been occurring in the class.
I would like to catch on to the reality of the computer special skill and aptitude education & find out the most efficient way in analyzing problems & the present situation.
