국가연구개발사업 과제기획 성과 요인 분석 : 전라북도 연구개발사업기획지원사업을 중심으로 = Analysis of Performance Factors in National R&D Project Planning : Focusing on the R&D project planning support project in Jeollabuk-do

The purpose of this study is to improve the performance of national R&D projects by studying corporate innovation capabilities, support power, and the impact of planning entities on task planning performance of national R&D projects, focusing on the R&D planning support project in Jeollabuk-do.
This study was conducted with an explanatory sequential design that added qualitative research after quantitative research through mixed research, and the subjects of this study were 72 companies participating in the Jeollabuk-do R&D planning support project. According to previous studies, the analysis of this study hypothesized that business, size, and number of researchers among a company's innovation capabilities will have a positive effect on performance, and that the amount of support, the period of support, the number of participating institutions, and the corporate supervision will also have a positive effect on performance.
As a result of quantitative research, it was found that there was a positive effect on performance when a company supervises a task and when the number of researchers and participating institutions were large. The results of qualitative research using in-depth interviews also showed a positive effect on the task planning performance of national R&D projects when the number of researchers and participating institutions was large.
This study was the first to analyze the R&D planning and support project in Jeollabuk-do and is expected to contribute to improving the performance of the R&D planning and support project and deriving the direction of improvement.
