데이터 웨어하우스 기반의 산업보건 지식관리 모델 연구

Industrial health organizations are broadly related to field environment information, workers’ health records and medical examination records. It is very important in the field of industrial health to analyze and manage all information scientifically in order to contribute to efficient health management of workers.Despite the importance of information management, however, most of current systems at industrial health organizations are very poorly built and cannot even utilize existing information.In this respect, this study was conducted to provide a knowledge management system for industrial health organizations based on the performance management system. For this purpose, I derived performance and problems of the information system currently used at the Korea Industrial Health Association and presented a knowledge management system (KMS) model based on the most frequently used information technology (IT) management strategies, such as data warehouse (DW) and balance score sheets (BSC). In addition, I evaluated the quantitative and qualitative effects of models to propose a possible system to apply.The knowledge management system built through this study would lead to an improvement in industrial health services with internal and national policy-making data and serve as a basic model that can be utilized and recognized in the globalized medical market.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

산업보건대행기관은 사업장 작업환경정보와 근로자의 검진정보 등 건강인에 대한 자료까지 방대하게 산재되어 있다. 이를 과학적으로 분석하여 체계적으로 관리하면 근로자의 효율적인 건강관리에 기여할 수 있어 산업보건영역에서 정보관리는 매우 중요하다고 할 수 있다.하지만, 정보관리의 중요성에도 불구하고 현재 체계적인 정보화는 매우 부진하며 보유한 정보의 활용 또한 미비할 실정이다.따라서 본 연구에서는 산업보건서비스 향상을 위한 업무운영시스템을 활용한 산업보건대행기관 지식관리시스템의 도입 및 확산방안을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해서 산업보건대행기관을 대표하는 대한산업보건협회의 정보시스템 현황과 문제점을 도출하였으며 이를 해결하고자 데이터웨어하우스(DW), 균형성과지표(BSC) 등 현재 가장 많이 사용되고 있는 정보기술(IT)경영전략들을 활용하여 운영업무시스템을 연계한 산업보건대행기관 지식관리시스템(KMS) 모델을 제시 하였다. 또한 설계된 모델에 대하여 정량적 효과와 정성적 효과를 평가하여 시스템 도입 및 확산방안을 제시하였다.운영업무시스템을 활용한 산업보건대행기관 지식관리시스템의 도입 및 확산은 조직내부 및 국가 정책결정자료 제공을 통한 산업보건서비스 향상으로 의료시장 개방 등 글로벌화된 경쟁체제에서 경쟁력 우위를 보장하는 KMS의 기본모델로써 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
