장서각전적 및 수집고문서 기초 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

1. 연구목적

장서각에 소장된 9만여 책의 고서 및 60만 여점의 고문서를 종합적으로 정리하여 활용함. 1차 한국학 기초사료를 활용할 수 있는 학문후속세대의 양성. 문중, 향교, 서원, 사찰 등에서 소장하고 있는 민간 고서 및 고문서에 대한 기초 연구를 수행함으로써 조선시대 서책문화 전반에 대한 종합적인 연구의 바탕을 마련함. 공동연구로 학제간 교류를 활성화함
정보화 시대의 문화 콘텐츠를 확충함
3. 각 분야별 연구결과

1. 고문서 목록색인

1) 각 문서별(토지문기, 호구단자 등) 특징을 반영한 정리카드를 만들어 입력.
2) 정리대상자료 : 토지박물관 수집 고문서
3) 연구결과 : 31,024건의 고문서를 정리카드에 입력.
4) 토지박물관 문서의 마이크로필름 촬영 작업
3) 고문서학회에서 개발한 고문서입력기로 정리작업을 수행함

2. 수집고문서·고전적 해제(최종 결과)

1) 경제사(물가사) : 장서각에서 1980년대부터 수집한 고문서 중 물가정보를 담고 있는 고문서를 정리하고 해제함.
2) 향촌사회조직 : 장서각 소장 고문서 자료 중 향촌의 契조직, 鄕約 등 사회조직 자료 중심으로 해제 연구를 완료함.
3) 민속 : 민속과 관련된 낱장 고문서를 중심으로 탈초 및 번역을 진행 완료함.
4) 민원소송 : 所志類 문서를 중심으로 주제별·내용별 종합 해제를 수행함. 총 23개 가문 1500건을 데이터베이스화하고 23개 가문에 대한 자료를 正書 및 종합 해제를 작성.
5) 교육 : 고문서 자료 가운데 교육 관련 고문서를 중심으로 정리·분석·심층 해제를 진행함.
6) 고서류 : 부여 함양 박씨 가문 소장의 고서 가운데 가치있는 141종과 상주 우복 정씨 가문 소장 자료 277종을 해제 완료함.
7) 필첩류 : 진주정씨 우복종택, 나주 임씨 창계가문, 안동김씨 김영한 소장본·고성이씨, 안동 의성김씨 등 5가문의 필첩에 대한 해제 작업을 수행 완료함.
8) 천문·역서류 : 조선시대 달력에 대한 해제를 진행하고자 하는 목적 아래, 경주이씨 소장 曆書를 비롯한 총 10개의 가문의 소장 역서 총 174책을 해제하고 종합적인 상세해제를 작성 완료함.
9) 한글자료류 : 2500종의 한글자료를 목록화하고 주요 자료를 해제함.
10) 구비문학류 : 한국구비문학대계에 수록된 설화자료 총 15,107편 가운데 핵심 유형(연구가치가 높은 설화)의 설화자료를 토대로 엑셀프로그램을 이용하여 데이터베이스로 구축함.

The Purpose of This Project

Categorizing materials belonged to AKS: ninety thousand of old books and six hundred thousand of old documents
Training new researchers who are able to process and use the raw materials for Korean studies,
Researching the old documents and old books collected by each family, public and private school, and Buddhist temples from Joseon dynasty for the comprehensible study of the old papers in the Joseon dynasty.
Stimulating the interdisciplinary studies of the varied old documents among researchers from varied majors.
Providing diverse contents for web services

The Details of the Project

1. Categorizing the list of old documents
(1) contents of the research : Providing a standard format in categorizing the list and index of old documents.
general information : the title, collector, the date of collecting ․ taking a picture, the number of M.F
basic information : arrangement, the title of the document, the year, the producer of the material(or editor), the receiver, the writer and a surety of the document
bibliographical information : size, shape, conservation condition, the quality of paper, the type, seal, sign, bouncing and appendix
(2) the procedure for research
selecting the objects of research and then copying them - developing the format for categorizing them - making fundamental lists - making detailed lists - computerizing the lists- service through web

2. Bibliographical Explanation
(1) contents : economics, rural communities, folks civil services, education, old books, personal album of writings, astronomy․calender, materials written by Korean Alphabet, oral-transmitted stories
(2) methods
selecting the objects of research and then copying them - making fundamental lists - (typing the text and translation) - making bibliographical explanation

2. Bibliographical explanations of the collected documents(final outcomes)

1) economics : computerizing about 150,000 of statistical information in the form of Excel file;
2) rural communities : making bibliographical explanations of the materials related with commandments(？H_) village commandments(靈？H？H).
3) folk : making explanations of the folk-related old documents.
4) civil services : 1500 of old petitions from 23 families
5) education : 457 of old documents collected by public school from the Joseon dynasty.
6) old books : 141 of old books from Hamyang Pak Family living in Buyeo, 277 of old books from Ubok Jeong Family living in Sangju.
7) personal album of writings : albums of writings collected by Ubok principal family of Jinju Jeong, Naju Yim, Kim Yeong-han from Andon Kim, Goseong Yi, Uiseong Kim Family in Andong.
8) astronomy․calender : 174 of old books from Gyeongju Yi Family and other books collected by AKS.
9) materials written by Korean Alphabet : 320 of old stories and other old poems and essay
10) oral-transmitted stories : selected 7600 of tales from the Hankuk Kubi Munhak Daegy, which has a core pattern of the korean old storytelling.
