킬레이트試藥을 吸着시킨 巨大網狀高分子를 써서 컬럼操作에 의하여 化學的 處理方式으로 6價크롬이온의 抽出分離 除去를 市道하였다. 試飮料의 液性과 流速을 조절하고 共存이온의 影響을 조사하여 6價크롬이온의 最適 抽出條件을 檢討한 결과 實驗室規模의 6價크롬이온의 除去法으로는 有用한 것을 알았다. 또한 一般 工場廢水處理에 應用할 경우 겔 粒子속의 킬레이트試藥이 처리속에서 洩出되므로 그 對策을 硏究할 必要가 있다. 겔 粒子는 에탄올(h는 메탄올이나 아세톤)로 쉽게 效果的으로 再生되므로 켈컬럼은 反復 使用할 수 있었다.

It was attempted in this study to eliminate Cr(VI) by chemical treatment operating column using chelating reagent impregnated macroreticular gel beads. It was observed the effects of foreign ions in the sample and was tried to isolate Cr(VI) by controlling pH and flow rate of the sample solution to find out the best condition of its controlling pH and flow rate of sample solution to find out the best condition of its extraction. We have succeded to find out a useful practical isolation method of Cr(VI) at laboratory level but it is necessary to modify the method when it is applied for industrial level because chelating reagent impregnated gel beads use to leak out, for which a further work has to be done. It was found that the used beads could be regenerated effectively by treating with either ethanol or methanol or acetone, therefore the gel column could be used repeatedly.
