신체 이미지 척도(BAS) 타당화 검증: 무용수를 대상으로

The purpose of this study is to conceptually/statistically validate BAS(Body Appreciation Scale) perceived by Korean dancers. A survey was conducted targeting 175 dancers. Using their questionnaires, BAS perceived by dancers was structuralized. In addition, as a result of descriptive statistics and item analysis, 13 items were found to be distributed within the range that was statistically convergent. As a result of exploratory factor analysis, 11 items of 2 factors were extracted, and as a result of confirmatory factor analysis, 9 items of 2 factors were statistically verified. Further, using convergent validity and discriminant validity, the validity of BAS perceived by dancers could be confirmed. These results indicate that BAS has a multi-dimensional factor structure.
