연구논문 : 사회적경제와 지역개발 = Social Economy and Regional Development

국문 초록 (Abstract)

사회적경제가 자본주의 시장경제의 폐해를 극복하기 위한 대안으로 세계적으로 확산되고 있다. 사회적경제는 기본적으로 지역을 기반으로 출발한다. 우리나라 지역개발 정책은 호혜, 연대, 신뢰와 협력 등 사회경제적 철학 관점에서 재검토되어야 할 필요가 있다. 지역정책의 우선순위가 사회적경제 생태계 구축에 주어져야 하고, 생태계 구축은 지역자원 활용을 극대화하는 산업 포트폴리오 구성, 사회적경제 조직의 지속가능 경영, 토지, 노동 및 자본의 지역화를 추구하는 내발적 발전론에 뒷받침 되어야 한다. 세계 각 지역에서 생태계 구축을 통한 많은 혁신운동이 추진되고 있는데, 이들이 점진적으로 확산되어, 결국 사회적경제가 시장경제에 지속적으로 영향을 미쳐, 지역에 뿌리를 둔 주민들의 행복 창출에 기여하게 될 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The social economy is expanding the horizons worldwide, as an alternative to cope with the problems brought about by the market society. It fundamentally starts on the basis of the region itself. Korea`s regional development policies should be reviewed from the viewpoint of the social economic ideas, such as reciprocity, solidarity, cooperation and trust. Policy priority will be given to the establishment of ecological economic system supported by endogenous development theory which insists the formation of industry portfolio to maximize the utilization of local resources, the sustainable growth of social economical entity, and the localization of land, labour & money. Lots of innovational movement is initiated in many regions and should gradually proliferate, to the extent that the social economy will encroach the market system and result in the creation of happiness of people rooted on the region.
