신정부 창조경제 시대 견인을 위한 항공우주기술의 역할 = Leading the Creative Economy through Aerospace Technology

국문 초록 (Abstract)

전 세계적으로 경제 불황이 지속되는 가운데서도 우리나라에서는 우주개발진흥기본계획 등 정부주도 계획을 수립ㆍ시행하여 항공우주 투자를 지속적으로 하고 있다. 항공우주기술은 미래사회를 선도하고 국민행복 가치창출과 지속가능한 창조경제를 구현하는 창조형 R&D로 전환해야 하고, 국민소득 4만달러와 무역 2조달러 국민행복시대를 견인하는 중추적 역할을 해야 한다. 달탐사, 한국형발사체, 개인용항공기 등 신성장동력을 확보하고 있고, 출연연의 산ㆍ학ㆍ연 협력연구의 중심체 역할 강화, 연구성과 확산 및 중소기업 지원 강화 등에도 초점을 맞춰가고 있다. 이러한 창조경제를 위한 노력들은 과학기술 수준의 향상과 더불어 정치ㆍ사회ㆍ경제의 발전에 공헌함과 동시에 국가 이익의 증진, 국제적 지위향상에 밑거름이 될 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Despite the global economic recession, the global government"s budget of aerospace development industry has constantly increased. Korea also continues to invest in aerospace development, according to the National Aerospace Plan, and the investment effect can be defined as technological, soci-political and economic.
Aerospace technology should play a key role in Korea"s future by contributing to the creation of happy and positive values, the shift to creative R&D polocies for creative economy and the achievement of GDP of $40,000 and $2 trillion in trade volume. KARI is also making a constant effort - KOMPSAT, COMS-2, KSLV-II, lunar exploration satellite, PAV(Personal Air Vehicle) are evidances of this - to develop the aerospace industry amid keen competition worldwide. Korea are diffusive in the transfer of R & D result of aerospace development through the government-supported research institute like Japan. These efforts will surely be a basis for technological development and overall growth.
