Juvenile myasthenia gravis is a relatively rare disease in childhood. Recently, we experienced a case of Juvenile myasthenia gravis in an 8-year 8 months old girl who was admitted to our Dept of Ped. of Woo-Sok Hospital.
She has longstanding history of symmetrical ptosis since 20 months of age. There is no history of similar illness in the family, patient was treated successfully by Neostigmine and we report this case with reviews of literatures.
