실적공사비에 의한 개산견적모델의 개발 : 골프장 공사를 중심으로 = The Development of Factor Estimate Model Based on Actual Work Cost

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구는 골프장 건설공사에 대해, 실적공사자료를 공사규모나 시간 등의 조건에 따라 분석함으로서, 공사비가 어떻게 변동하는지를 추정하기 위한 기본자료를 제시하고자 한다. 이 연구의 목적은 국내 골프장 건설공사를 하는데 실제 투입된 실적공사자료들을 비교·분석함으로서, 공사비지수를 이용하여 골프장 건설공사비를 추정할 수 있는 개략적인 공사비예측모형 개발을 시도하는데 목적이 있다. 공사비예측을 위한 비용-규모 지수를 구하기 위하여 사용한 식은 다음과 같다.

여기서, y: 공사비, x: 공사규모, n: 비용-규모 지수, A: 상수
연구의 결과, 7개의 골프장자료를 이용하여 회귀분석으로 골프장 공사비예측을 위한 비용-규모 지수 n을 구한 결과, 전체공사에 대해서는 0.75, 코스조성공사는 0.73, 조경공사 0.74, 부대공사 0.47, 배수공사 1.15로 도출되었다.

This study for construction of golf courses is to present basic information and pattern of change of construction cost by looking at the capacity of construction, requiring time and other aspects. The propose of this study is to develop the model of brief cost expected by using cost index and analyzing the actual work cost data gathered in golf course construction industry in Korea. The equation used for the cost-capacity index in other to deliver the expected construction cost is followed next.

The results of this study, by regression analysis for the information of 7 golf course, it could be found the cost-capacity index n, such as 0.75 for whole construction, 0.73 for construction of building up courses, 0.51 for landscaping construction, 0.45 for appurtenant works, 1.15 for drainage construction.
