한국어교육용 관용 표현 제시 방안 : 중국인 학습자를 대상으로

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 ‘손1)’과 관련된 한·중 관용 표현 비교를 통해 중국인 학습자를 위한 효과적인 관용 표현 제시 방안을 모색하는 데에 목적이 있다. 외국어 학습은 단순히 언어학습뿐만 아니라, 그 언어를 통해 그 나라의 문화를 배우는 것 이다. 언어에는 그 언어가 속해 있는 사회의 문화적 양식이나 관습이 반영되어 있으며, 원 활한 의사소통을 위해서는 언어 속에 담겨 있는 함축적 의미를 이해해야 한다. 이러한 의 미에서 관용 표현은 한국어 학습자들이 한국어로 원활한 의사소통을 하기 위해서 꼭 익혀 야 할 사회의 문화적 양식이나 관습이 반영되어 있는 중요한 내용이다. 또한 형태적으로 관용 표현은 둘 이상의 어절이 결합되어 제 삼의 의미를 획득하는 것으로 의미와 형태가 통사적으로 굳어진 구 이상의 구조를 가진다. 따라서 관용 표현은 외국인 학습자에게는 도달하기 어려운 수준 높은 언어 표현이다. 관용 표현은 생성 요인이 한국의 문화와 역사, 관습 등에 의해서 생성되기 때문에 의사소통의 유창함을 위해서는 관용 표현의 익힘은 필 수적이다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 신체어 중에서도 관용 표현 생성에 이용되는 빈도수 가 높은 ‘손’을 중국인 학습자를 대상으로 논의하고자 한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of the study was to investigate idiomatic expressions of both the Korean language and the Chinese language concerning hands and to find out presentation of effective idiomatic expressions for the Chinese learners. Learners learned not only foreign language but also associated foreign culture. Language reflected cultural styles and custom of the society so that learners should understand implicative values of the language to communicate smoothly. Therefore, learners of the Korean language should learn idiomatic expressions having cultural styles and/or custom to communicate in the Korean language well. The idiomatic expressions combined two or more clusters to produce third meaning and to have structure of more than phrase of meaning and form. So, idiomatic expression was high level linguistic expression that foreigner learners were difficult to reach. Foreigner learners should learn idiomatic expressions to communicate well that was made by culture, history and custom of Korea. This study discussed 'hands' for Chinese learners that was often used among body related words to do idiomatic expression.
