The purpose of this study was to analyzed the effect of online education quality on perceived value, academic self-efficacy and learning satisfaction of college students majoring in Culinary arts and Food service industry. This study was to conducted a survey of 480 university students who experienced online education at universities located in Gwangju and Jeonnam. A structural equation model was analyzed in order to verified this research model, using statistical package programs SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 21.0 for 455 respondents. As a results of the analysis, it was found that IT quality, system quality, and lecture quality, which were factors of online education quality, had a significant effect on perceived value and academic self-efficacy. The perceived value had a significant effect on academic self-efficacy and learning satisfaction, and academic self-efficacy had a significant effect on learning satisfaction. In the structural relationship between online education quality, perceived value, academic self-efficacy, and learning satisfaction, the direct effect, indirect effect, and total effect were significant in all paths. Therefore, in order to improve learning satisfaction with online education, academic self-efficacy should be improved.
