The relations between labor and capital was rather oppitive and conflicting at the beginning of industrialization in many developed countries. But the countries have carried out the participation of the labor unions in business administration these days.
I think, in order to carry out the system effectively, the employers and workers should have a positive attitude and keep their equal rights. And they should remember that they are the equal partners each other in business, especially the employers should satisfy the worker's desires. And they should pursue the common goal-economic stability and highly developed society.
For this goal, the democration of economy and business management should be carried out. Since the collective bargaining is not settled in Korea, the laborer's economic rights are not guaranteed. Also, the bilateral system of collective bargaining and the joint labor-management conference-the democratic system of business management-is tenuous.
To solve the foregoing problems, it is certain that we should pursue the policy of improvement of labor-management relations through activation of the joint labor-management conference.
