차로 이용하는 식물의 다양화 연구 = Research of Diversification to plant used as Tea -Focusing on the Meaning as a Cultural archetype of Plants listed in 『Samgukyusa』-

국문 초록 (Abstract)

인간이 마음 다스리는데 있어 유용한 방법 중 하나로 차의 음용을 들 수 있다. 일련의 과정을 통해 차를 마시면서 적어도 내면의 갈등 요소는 일정 부분 해소될 수도 있고 반복적인 과정을 통해 마음의 힘을 기르는데 도움이 될 수 있기 때문이다. 최근 약리적 효능을 내세운 많은 대용 차들이 선보이고 있으나 차 인구의 저변 확대로 이어진다거나 새로운 차 문화를 이끌어나가기에는 보완할 점이 적지 않다. 이에 논자는 역사성을 가미한 차식물의 탐구를 통해 단순한 음용차일 뿐 아니라 식물로 체화된 인문학 내지 차문화학의 미래적 대안을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구는 그 첫 과정으로서 한민족의 사상과 문화, 역사와 철학 등을 망라한 󰡔삼국유사󰡕에 수록된 식물 가운데 기존의 차나무(Camellia sinensis)의 효능을 대체할 수 있는 몇 가지 식물들을 탐구 조사하였다. 이를 통해 한민족의 문화원형(文化原型)으로써 차 식물을 콘텐츠화 할 수 있는 계기를 마련하고자 한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Drinking tea is one of the most useful ways for people to control their mind. Because through a series of processes, people may resolve some of their internal conflicts and by repeating this process, it may help people to strengthen their own mind. Recently, many alternative teas with pharmacological effects have been introduced, but it is not enough to expand the base of the tea-drinking population or lead a new tea culture. Thus, through the exploration of tea plants with historicity, I would like to suggest future alternatives not only simple drinking tea but also humanities or tea culture studies that are embodied in plants. In this study, for the first step, I explored some plants listed in the 『Samgukyusa』, which totally covers thoughts, culture, history and philosophy of Korean people that can replace the efficacy of Camellia sinensis. Through this step, I would like to prepare an opportunity to make tea plants as a contents of cultural archetype of the Korean people.
