This study is to cope with the Uruguay Round negotiation, and to search for the realistic policy alternatives of the market openning of agricultural products, based on the field survey from Sep. to No. in 1990 covering 89 rural extention officiers and 75 professors of agricultural college at random. The contents of the study are as follows.
Firstly, it is covered that the agricultural experts opinion in import liberalization and their evaluation and comparison of domestic & foreign agri-products considering price, packing, freshment, an chemical poison.
Secondly, the optimum proceeding of import liberalization policy and the future agricultural prospect are showed.
Thirdly, the agricultural experts' responses to the validity of the policy programs for rural-fishing society development are appeared.
Fourthly, the farmers' countermeasure against import liberalization and the agricultural experts' view on the government policy of modulation are suggested.
Finally, the weakest points in marketing and the method of improving them are indicated.
