Escaping from the concept of keeping and storing information data, libraries are changing into services and experiences to all users. Also, with the rise of the need for customized libraries responding to target-specific user needs, the demand for special libraries with professional knowledge information services is increasing. Accordingly, in order to express the promotion and brand identity as part of the marketing strategy, a company is opening its corporate special libraries by selecting a theme associated with the company. A physical environment appearing in the space where services occur is called servicescape and acts as an important factor determining a service environment applied in space. Thus, the purpose and significance of this study is to analyze servicescape elements applied in space configuration of a special library. Through previous research and references, special libraries and servicescape are theoretically examined and the feasibility of correlation is presented and a checklist suitable for the case space is created. The checklist obtains the average value of the user` awareness of servicescape elements applied to space configuration of special libraries through descriptive statistics by question answered on a case-by-case basis by using a 5-point scale and analyze a higher score as higher awareness. According to the analysis results, servicescape elements applied to space configuration of special libraries are as follows. If each element applied as measurement items in outer space and inner space of the library is suitable and awareness of the functional elements, design elements is higher, it can be analyzed to provide a service environment satisfying both users and service providers.
