교류분석상담 이론을 활용한 집단상담이 성폭력 가해 청소년의 자아존중감, 자율성 및 대인관계 변화에 미치는 효과 = Effects of Group Counseling Using Transactional Analysis on Self-Esteem, Autonomy, and Interpersonal Relationships of Adolescent Sexual Offenders

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 교류분석상담 이론을 활용한 집단상담이 성폭력 가해 청소년의 자아존중감, 자율성및 대인관계 변화에 미치는 효과를 확인하는 데 있다. 참가신청자 20명을 실험집단(10명)과 통제집단(10명)에 사전과 사후 검사를 진행하였다. 실험집단 진행은 2021년 1월부터 2월까지 각 회기별 120분씩매주 1회 8주 간에 걸쳐 제공되었다. 집단상담 실시 전 실험집단과 통제집단의 동질성 검증을 위해독립표본 t-검증을 실시하였으며, 집단상담 효과성을 측정하기 위해 먼저 실험집단과 통제집단의 각변인들의 평균과 표준편차를 구하였다. 마지막으로 실험집단과 통제집단의 효과를 검증하기 위해 공변인을 사전검사로 하고, 종속변인을 사후검사로 하여 공변량(ANCOVA) 분석을 실시하였다. 또한 질적인평가로서 연구자와 관찰자 중심기법을 사용하였다. 연구 분석 결과, 교류분석상담 이론을 활용한 집단상담은 성폭력 가해 청소년의 자아존중감, 자율성 및 대인관계 변화에 미치는 효과가 긍정적으로 나타났다. 이와 같이, 본 연구는 여러 가지 급격하게 변화하는 어려운 한계 속에서 성폭력 가해 청소년의자아존중감, 자율성 및 대인관계 변화의 갈등과 정서적, 심리적인 부분을 다루었다. 따라서 본 연구는교정상담 관련 기관과 청소년상담 관련 임상 현장에서 본 집단상담의 활용 가능성을 제공하는 데에큰 성과와 의의라 할 수 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to verify the effects of group counselling using transactional analysis on self-esteem, autonomy, and interpersonal relationship of adolescent sexual offenders. 20 participants were randomly assigned to the experimental group (10 participants), the control group (10 participants), and pre- and post-tests were conducted. The group counselling took place from January 2021 to February 2021, The experimental groups did these tests for 120 minutes once a week for 8 weeks. The t-test an was performed on an independent sample to an test homogeneity for the experimental group and control group before performing this program, and was mean and standard deviation calculated for each variable to test the effectiveness of group consultation after experimental treatment. ANCOVA analysis putting the pre-test score with the covariate variable and post-test with dependent variable was performed to verify whether the program was effective and consistent. Also for subjective evaluation observers and researchers focus techniques were used. The result revealed that group counselling by transactional analysis positively influenced on self-esteem, autonomy, and interpersonal relations change for adolescent sexual offenders.
This study's great achievements and meaning revealed the possibility of using this program in practical and clinical fields related to counseling for adolescents and institutions related to correctional counseling, which deals with interpersonal relations and the troublesome, emotional and mental part of psychological well-being for adolescent sexual offenders where there are many kind of rapidly changing hard limits.
