도덕적 상상력을 통한 초등학교 도덕과 교수-학습 효율화 방안 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

현행 7차 교육과정에 들어오면서 초등학교 도덕과 교육은 이전의 단선적인 교육방식에서 벗어나 그 효율화를 위한 다각적인 방법적 모색을 시도하고 있다. 이를 위해 기존의 논의에서 제외되어 왔었던 도덕성 요소, 교수 기법 및 교수-학습 방법을 재발견하고, 그것들의 교육적 적용을 통해 교실 내에서 이루어지고 있는 도덕교육의 한계 및 취약점을 보완하고자 노력하고 있다. 본 연구는 이와 같은 방법적 모색의 일환으로 ‘도덕적 상상력’을 통해 초등학교 아동들의 효율적인 도덕성 함양 및 효과적인 도덕과 교수-학습 방법을 탐색하는 데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 아동과 상상력, 상상력과 도덕성의 관계를 살펴보고, 도덕과 교육에서 상상력이 갖는 의미를 고찰해 봄으로써 도덕적 상상력이 초등학교 도덕과 교육에서 어떻게 효과적으로 활용될 수 있으며 또 초등학교 도덕과 교수-학습 과정에 어떻게 기여할 수 있는가에 대한 탐색을 통해 도덕적 상상력을 통한 효율적인 초등학교 도덕과 교수-학습 방법을 모색해 보고자 하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this paper is searching for effectual method of moral education in classroom teaching and learning situation. This paper focus on 'moral imagination', and than try to explore its meaning and usefulness in moral education. In past imagination has been a contrary concept of reason, but in recent its meaning is understanding of having relation with creativity, creativeness, making a scientific discovery. And it's the same in morality. We can not think moral things and do moral behavior without imagination. Therefore if we foster moral imagination in our children's mind from childhood, they will grow to be moral agent more than now. And if we use moral imagination at school efficiently, they learn about moral thing more easily. In this perspective this paper try to explore effectual method of moral education through moral imagination in curriculum of elementary school moral education and so contribute development of our children's morality.
