初等學校 實科 質的 評價 方案 = A Guide for Use in Evaluation Plan for Practical Art

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 실과 평가 계획을 수립하고, 평가방향을 모색하며, 실제 실과 교수-학습에 적용하는 데 있다.
교수-학습은 항상 평가를 수반하여 이루어지며, 평가 계획과 과정에 대한 많은 제안과 의견이 제시되어 있다. 지금까지 양적인 평가는 널리 퍼져 활용되고 있으며, 평가 방법을 양적 평가로만 이끌어져 왔다. 그러나 실과 교육과정 특성상 양적인 평가보다는 질적 평가에 더 많은 강조를 하고 있다. 교육과정에 대한 정의는 양적인 평가에 접근하고 있다.
첫째, 우리는 질적 평가든 양적 평가든 평가에 대한 경향을 부인해 왔다. 어떤 평가 방법이라도 평가 표본이 필요한 것이 필수적이므로 교수-학습 과정의 개념, 과정, 평가의 모델을 제시해서 과정의 각 단계를 상세화 하였다.
둘째, 실과 교육 과정의 특성을 고려해 질적인 평가가 어떻게 이루어지며, 실제로 평가에 대한 방향의 탐색을 설명하였다.
마지막으로, 질적 평가를 질적 평가의 유형에 관련시켜 실제 적용을 탐색하였다.
실과에서 실제 질적인 평가에 대한 몇 가지 방법을 제시하였지만, 여전히 이 연구는 불충분한 상태에 있다. 평가의 진정한 목적은 교수-학습 과정의 결과를 확실히 하고 그 효과를 개선하는 것이다. 이런 점에서 평가 분야를 두가지 방법으로 나누기보다는 질적·양적 평가 모두를 사용하는 것이 바람직할 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

There three purposes for this research which are creating evaluation plan Practical art, groping for direction of evaluation, and applying to the actual Practical Art with linking teaching to studying.
Since teaching and studying are done that lead evaluation always. There are many suggestions and opinions about evaluation plan and process. It is true that the quantitative evaluation is popular till now, which leads the evaluation methods to the quantitative evaluation. However, a characteristic of curriculum, one emphasizes more the qualitative evaluation than the quantitative evaluation. Most of definition of curriculum approaches to the qualitative evaluation.
First, we have to sublate about propensity for evaluation whether it is the qualitative evaluation or the quantitative evaluation. I make a approach to the qualitative evaluation in this research. It is necessary that any evaluation method needs evaluation samples, therefore I present a model of concept, process, and evaluation of teaching-curriculum, which make detail in each stage of process.
Second, considering about characteristics of Practical Art curriculum, I illuminate how the qualitative evaluation is done and search a direction about the actual qualitative evaluation.
Last, I search that the qualitative evaluation relates to the types of qualitative evaluation and the actual application.
I suggested a few methods about the actual qualitative evaluation about Practical Art, still its research is insufficient situation ; however, authentic purpose of evaluation is confirming the results of teaching-curriculum and improving its effects. In this point of view, It is better using the both methods for substitute, which are qualitative and quantitative evaluation, than divides a evaluation field into two methods.
