The purpose of this study is to find out the effects of hotel restaurants employee`s perceived Fness on the reliability and the service quality. 288 respondents of the down town deluxe hotel restaurants employees of Seoul are analyzed as a survey sample. The findings are as follows: Verify that interaction Fness influenced on the supervisor`s reliability, but distribution Fness and process Fness have no effect on the supervisors reliability. Distribution Fness, process Fness and interaction Fness are positively related to the organizational reliability. Show that supervisor`s reliability have no effect on the service quality, but organizational reliability is positively related to the service quality.
