Posterior epidural migration of a sequestrated intervertebral lumbar disc with cauda equina syndrome is quite rare. This paper
reports two unusual cases of posterior epidural migration of a sequestrated intervertebral lumbar disc with cauda equina syndrome
to emphasize the importance of early diagnosis and complete decompression.
