Moderating Effects of Suppliers' Internal Resources on the Relationship between Collaborative and Arm’s-length SCEM Approaches, and Suppliers’ Environmental Activities

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 친환경공급망관리 접근방법 (collaborative와 arm's-length approaches)이 친환경공급망관리에 참여하는 전자산업에서 부품을 납품하는 중소기업들의 친환경 활동에 미치는 영향에서 나타나는 참여 중소기업 내부자원의 조절효과를 규명한다. 친환경공급망관리와 연관된 중소기업의 내부자원에 관해 문헌조사를 통해 설명하고 Wernerfelt(1989)의 분류에 따라 유형 자원과 무형 자원으로 분류하였다. 친환경공급망관리의 접근방법은 Dyer et al.(1998)에 의해 발전된 collaborative와 arm's length 접근방법 분류를 활용하였다. 설문조사를 통해 데이터를 수집하고 HMMRA통계분석을 통해 내부자원 중 유형 자원(재원과 인적자원)이 친환경 공급망관리에 따른 중소기업의 친환경활동에 조절효과를 갖는 다는 점을 밝혔다. 친환경공급망 관리에서 arm's length 접근방식이 영향을 미치는 중소기업의 친환경 활동 중 계획과 조직 활동 및 내부 생산 활동은 유형자원에 의존하며, collaborative 접근방식이 영향을 미치는 친환경 활동 중 상품과 물류 및 생산 공정 또한 유형자원에 의존한다는 점이 밝혀졌다. 연구 결과에 따른 시사점, 실무적 고려사항과 본 연구의 한계 및 추후 연구에 관해 논의 하였다.
