環境 Assessment 手法의 開發에 關한 硏究 = A study on the Development of Environmental Impact Assessmethodology

In this study the truth and falsehood about the Environmental Impact Assessment undeveloped state yet in our country wasmade clear, comparing the relative merits of mechanism using in an advanced country.
And to make an effective Assessment what is using now,
1. Environmental must be a located as a superior notion of development among the policy of country or a selfgoverning body.
2. A genuine residents participation must be relized as an original meaning.
3. For residents to have a judgment as a solidarity, an invastigation and prediction-if possible, in the area science knowledge we have-must be a accomplished, and premising above items, I tried to devise the mechanism of Environment Assessment corresponds to our actual circumstances.
